Thank you for sharing this video, it was very helpful. Can you please share the example spreadsheet? Is there any way of privately messaging you? I'm also looking for a similar example but for pumps running in a series.
Question: There are two parallel suction pipes 560mm connected to 2 pumps and then deliver side there is common header to which on delivery pipe is connected 710mm. When both pumps run simultaneously each pump draws 1500m3/hr . In 710mm flow will be 3000m3/hr. Suction side loss 5m each pump. How will you calculate delivery head for each pump for selecting the pumps. Will the delivery pipe friction head loss be distributed among two pumps? . What about delivery side elevation?
Good video, that information is not easy to find well explained and integrated on the internet.
very nice technical comparison, good effort
Thank you friend
If 5pumps are in parallel then how to draw the system curve and pump curve

Please send drawing
@@AMJEngineering how? where to send?
Does it accomodate both newtonian and non newtonian?
Hi how can we plot characteristics curve of 2 same pump in series
Same flow. Multiply the head by 2
verry good that's really wot i need
but we can't add a line on excel so we find the exact (H,Q) ?
How to get this Excel file?
hallow, can you provide us with this sheet excel
How you calculate flow and head in pump 1+2 in parallel? Can you share it?
In parallel pumps, flow of total equals sum of flow of each, while head of total equals head of each.
third question-can we run 2 identical pumps in parallel with same speed but different impeller dia?
If impeller dia is different then they are not same pumps
Fan stall, surge and parallel operations video required too
Will do👍
