You have the most heart of any RUclips golfer. Right now you have to focus on giving up distance for accuracy. Drawing the ball is big difference from hooking. Square your face of club where you want the ball to finish and your swing path is just right of square. Soft easy draw will get you in play every time. Also focus on consistent smooth finish. Take the violence out of your swing and you will be a new man. Swing speed should be 80% of your power. I know we will see you under par in no time with just a couple mental adjustments.
that was a solid round. if I did half this good I would be beyond jumping with excitement. Nothing to hang your head about keep up the good work. I swear if you stay locked in the entire time you would easily go under par
Bubbie your mindset alone will allow you to become a great golfer. You can crush the ball, I think the biggest area for you to gain strokes is 125ish and in. Love seeing how much you’ve progressed as a golfer. Keep up the grind brother!!
Keep up the good work brother love your content and your positivity no matter what you Take your good and bad shots and stay positive the whole way ! Love that I try to do the same with my game
Birdies pars or bogeys the main thing is to have fun and have a good attitude which is what I get from watching you, I'm still hunting for my first break 100 but every time I have a round I enjoy myself 😄🤘
Bubbie I know you want to hit it as and hard as you want but aligning 50 yards right of your target will not help you get any better, so getting your alignment straight will help you wonders. But I do love that your pushing yourself to get better keep the work up ⬆️
Some decent aspects of your short game. You just need to get a handle on your tee shots. Not much is slipping away, Bubs. Keep up the work, and you will soon be doing this challenge from the tips.❤️✌️😊
I agree I really like the Bubbie and Ben series. They both worked together so well a lot of times Ben would calm Bubbie down. I really liked it when they were on a hot streak.
Just started the video, but want to see you get to the range and practice club face control Bubbie. See what it takes to hit a draw, hit a fade, chip a 7-iron just 100 yards. Things like that.
Bubbie Baller!! Love the videos & big fan of your competitive drive & pursuit for better - we'll have to get you over here in God's land (Ireland) to tear it up
What up Bubbie? I was at the Midwest open today and didn't get a chance to meet you. I didn't wanna get in the way of the young ones. Anyway just wanted to tell you about my artist channel in hopes you'd give it a listen. The best of luck to you. You're and outstanding person and role model.
Bubbie my favorite. Don't know why it took me so long to subscribe. Short game is great and all, but I wanna see that thing SLAAAAAANG off the tee box. Much love big dawg
Man Bubbie, you've got to get get away from playing that hook. You have no control of where you're ball is going. Second shot on 9 was great, even if it ended up on the fringe...it was on line. Also, try doing away with a 60° from 100 yards. No need to take massive swings from that yardage. Take a 56° and swing 50%. Well played none the less!!
The reliefe - you dont play tournament, so it really doesant matter, bu always when are you taking reliefe from this or path, you have to drop it to the closest position (not closer to the hole). So for example if u want to drop path and you closes position from path is bush and further is fairway, you actually have to drop it into the bush.
About to watch Thomas, but as a baseball player (best athletes), you need to go and strike out Sims. As a SS/2B you were throwing the fucking heat. When I played travel ball, our coach would say throw our pitches "wild" to make the batter scared. I think you should do the same against SIMS. LFG Bubbie
You need to go play a full round on any course but play your tee ball from 150ish to 120ish ( 18 hole par 3 course) as often as you can, you'll be breaking par from any tee in no time.
Your game will only will improve if you quit the guess work with the hard hitting with a hook . That is just guess work and you’ll never really get a stable game . You are a fine person , that’s for sure .
As much as I love Bubbie… he ain’t breaking par with that swing… 101 in Tiger woods book… if you aim away from the target to compensate for your swing you are going to be in a world of hurt if it goes straight! Bubbie also said in a recent video that he does not practice… so?!?!?! I just don’t get it …
Bubbie if you ever read this, know that brute forcing the swing for the ultimate pursuit of speed is a detriment to your game. Speed should come effortlessly and intuitively. Just ask Brad
Bubbie, you have a rhythm, a length of time to stand over the ball before hitting it. My perception is you stood over the ball too long on #8. Take a look. Were you uncomfortable over the shot?
I’m always rooting for you T-Bone. I’ve seen you around the green so I know you can have amazing control of your swing, but the reason you aren’t a scratch golfer? You have no control of your driver and every iron until chipping and putting. I’m a +4 and old, and I only play from the blues because I’m not as flexible as you young men. I have a drill that helps me when I’m spraying all over the place, to include distance control. Easy “granny” swings for an entire bucket on the range. The HARDER a golfer swings means you have e less control of where the balls going. Sure it’s a testosterone fix when you nut up and hit one flush with the driver but honestly, even with amazing compression and club face contact, the left/right spin is exaggerated and the odds of that well struck ball being in the middle of the fairway are slim to none. Just try the 50% swing for a bucket. Focus on straight and controlled. You NEVER need to swing as hard as you do unless you’re trying to ego against B-Rad, G-Rat and the Schart. You have all the qualities of an amazing golfer, but you’re almost always out of control. You can hit a 60 150 yards, which is cool, but dialing it back, not much but under control, you’ll be pin seeking within a few rounds. Something needs to change or you’re going to get beyond frustrated. You and Mo are my favorites if I had to choose who I want To win challenges and matches. Also Horse lips and The Schart, or basically anyone but B-Rad and G-Rat because those 2 are good enough to play and win in PGA tournaments. God Bless
Bubbie (Tom) give Dan grieves a ring for accuracy maybe buy his book called THE THREE RELEASES..you got the power big fella just the accuracy letting you down
Bubbie slow your swing down man.. you try and kill it every single time and went from 1 extreme to the next. Went from an extreme slice to an extreme hook
You don't shoot under par even if they let you start next to the green! With all due respect, bubbie dedicate yourself to practicing, you have all the tools to be a good player! Don't be a conformist player ! When somebody tell you the truth it's a little uncomfortable but it's the reality
*** Hey Bubbie.*** You want to straighten your ball flight?.... Get your path as close as you can to zero.... Do this simply by making sure as you swing the club..*** whenever the shaft is level to the ground it should also be parallel to your target line. *** This creates an "aligned to target swing plane". With a proper grip, this produces a dead straight ball flight that goes straight at your target. You don't need to change anything with your swing... you just need to manipulate the tool correctly to produce a straight ballflight. Your body will self adjust to the intention of properly manipulating the orientation of the shaft. So just rip at it hard, like normal LOL.... and just make sure the shaft is parallel to target whenever it's level to the ground....and make sure your body is aligned parallel at address. You'll have to play around with ball position to find the exact spot where it all matches up. This is all physics and geometry working for you.. 100% guaranteed to work for everyone. Cheers ..Hit it straight y'all
The Wall of Doom drill would fix you....and you get instant feedback when you do it wrong. ...Stand with your back to a large bare wall where you can swing the club..... get in address position with your heels about 8 inches from the wall.... slowly swing to the top of your backswing without hitting the wall... keeping in mind the shaft level/parallel concept above... When you can do that... now add the downswing.. you will just tap the wall lightly as you shallow the plane.. but it is only a very small, light tap..... then move slowly into pre impact, then thru impact and release positions, to the finish position, without hitting the wall. When you can do it slowly... then start to increase speed until you can take a full swing and not hit the wall. 5 - 10 minutes of that a day.. and in a few weeks you'll be hitting the ball damn straight. Cheers Y'all
for reference... watch the new GG # of clubs challenge... watch Mo hit one dead straight on the first hole... watch in slow motion... and pay attention to the shaft orientation... whenever it's level to the ground, it's parallel to the target line.. ;) Then watch Bubbie right after him, and he hits a little pull hook... and watch the shaft orientation during his swing...and you will see the difference.
Man, you have so much access to some of the best coaches in the world, and you're still hitting insane snap hooks. You need to curb your ego, slow the swing down a bit and rebuild the swing. Stop obsessing over big numbers, they don't mean anything when you keep like 1 ball out of 10 in the correct fairway
You have the most heart of any RUclips golfer. Right now you have to focus on giving up distance for accuracy. Drawing the ball is big difference from hooking. I love the positivity, but he knows all that lol.
@@Stiffshaft_GolfSadly he doesn’t.
This is right on point. Just needs to focus less on power and a smooth swing.
This is a perfect take and well said. Love his attitude but he won’t be good at golf until he lets go of “hit it as hard and far as I can” mentality.
Bubbie, by far my favourite Good Good member... Most relatable, most likeable, funny, kind, well mannered... Love your stuff man...
He's the only one I like tbh glad Grant left
couldn't agree more man
I couldn’t disagree more….hes painful to listen to and dresses like moron
@@MATTthaGMAN01 You don't like Garrett?

Love this! I got a series going where I try to break par from every tee box. Very challenging to say the least!
I love that over my short time watching goodgood you went from struggling with the short game, to the confidence of "very chip in able" love it!
Really enjoyable watch, your attitude is infectious ❤

Tees will not matter. Your problem is keeping the ball on the course.
That chipping showing!!!!!

Bub, check out the Golf Sidekick.
No. No you cannot. But keep pluggin away dude.
I havent watched it yet, but im going to bet no if he didnt fix his hook
“My ball is actually fine, gotta bad kick.” Bubbie, that was a lucky kick, you should have been in the hazard bro.
you dont need these challenges, you need a year or so at the range.....and 3 years on the short game
Bubbie slow your swing down man.. you try and kill it every single time and went from 1 extreme to the next. Went from an extreme slice to an extreme hook
Just remember your caddie roots and you'll be fine.
