My husband and I binged watched all the seasons "Bringing up Bates", in only about 2 almost 3 weeks recently. We love how they raised all you kids and how close your family is. You have such a beautiful family and we love your sense of humor. You all have so much fun together. Your mom & dad are wise and such real down to earth people. Trace ya sure turned out to be a real handsome young man. So happy you found someone to share your life with. We love all of your family. We live in Canada and have been married 39 years.
Great advice! I always celebrated Christmas on another day other then the actual day...when my single sons worked as correction officers and they offered to work for other officers who had kids, I felt that was the best gift they could of given me and we've done that ever since.
Never go to bed with being angry and not saying I love you. Always be there for one another in time of need. Discuss how to raise your children and consequences when it comes to discipline

My husband and I argued about holidays not because of whose house we went to, but because he wanted to just stay home for every holiday and I wanted to be with family. Finally, we decided he would pick one holiday when it was just our family and no extended family. He picked Thanksgiving. So every year on Thanksgiving, it would just be our little family being thankful for each other. Those were some of the best holidays we had!
