i learned this form in the late 1980s from a Chinese gentleman and am trying to relearn it. this is a lovely video . i find this one the very best in helping me back into wild goose Qigong

Does dayan Qigong encompass more than the 64 set? Does it have standing qi sinking and Dan Tian work or is it mostly medical qigong? Martial forms?
I can't believe more people aren't doing this.
