This NEW journey is called
‘The Outdoors and Holistic Nature Project’
and will consist of a series of (7) weekly video documentary style episodes, followed by (10) weekly video podcast episodes both discussing and focusing on issues within the young community, such as mothers and their children’s connection with the outdoors, sleep, diet and nutrition, mental health and stress, activism and employment, and how best to achieve balance in the face of these stressors and complexities.
The project will explore the importance of breathing, utilising our natural spaces, sound healing, and gardening, as well as herbal roots and teas, natural foods, and diets.

Love your videos Kwesia and am astonished of how many beautiful plants Jade has in the room . Id love to be a part of the indoor green community but need to get over the first hurdle putting in the time and care.
@@lincolngreer5093 thank you for your kind words & support. Jades indoor garden is something I’m sure we would all love to have! As Jade advised maybe try with a few or even 1 plant and see how you get along then when you feel more confident slowly add if that’s what you aspire to do. Probably plants that are easy to maintain to start with🌱☺️

Growing plants indoors on that scale is not easy
It’s a huge achievement & would say based of Jade sharing her experience takes time to get to this point. Definitely can be done, as Jade has shown. She gave some good tips too! ☺️
i started grow plants outdoors last year for the first time and it was happy to see them grow and produce - and then devastating to see some lost to heatwaves and others to mites or even fungus, following a particularly humid week. Growing indoors in a more sterile environment, which seems like a better option. The major negative for me is when there is not enough light
Thank you for sharing your experience. Jade mentioned how she manages light, through the use of grow lights, finding a good spot for natural light, as well as using the glass cabinet & explores more tips in her book. Maybe give it a try & share how it goes! 🌱🫶🏽
