I'll be the first comment. Did you ever fish with it? I just use Gizzards and garlic. I let it keep in a fridge for forever and use it. I figure the more it smells the better :)
That's all I ever use is chicken gizzards on setlines and I catch a few dozen every spring. I think I will drill a small hole in the tough white part and stick my hook thru that and see what happens.
