mate, i think most decent players are taking a lightweight body armour over the fat ones covering every body part, its impractical and theres a good reason why the lighter ones are more expensive
Material composition makes no difference on the number of bullets that it takes to penetrate armor of the same level, it's all RNG. The same way that there's a chance that AP Slugs penetrate T4 and insta kill the player. You can test it again and you will probably find different number of shots to penetrate each armor. What I was expecting you to look into was the debbufs of each armor to see if it compensates to cover more parts.
Material composition does affect how quickly an armor gets damaged , so in a way because of this , material that breaks faster means the armor is more likely to let bullets go through after multiple hits That being said, a lots of false information being made in this video like hardened steel actually being the best material to absorb all damage , although it should mean it breaks faster. "Penetration rate" is RNG to certain extent and IMO shouldn't be a term used since it's RNG , but can be sort of determined by how fast an armor breaks. Note if a material is less likely to absorb all the damage and break slower, it means it's letting damage go through ( partial block) so you'd probably die faster so no point having armor that repairs well but you not surviving
@@DJBnw as long as your armor doesn't have low HP you'll die before your armor gets destroyed. Material durability is only relevant for repair costs and frequency.
@DJBnw hardenened steel is indeed best at blocking bullets as the first 3 bullets of equal penetration with a 0 at the end are almost always blocked. Eg. Hardenened steel t4 will always block A1s from any medium firing power gun
Protecting more areas of the body is not always desirable. I remember that in Tarkov it was common for people to wear armor that only protected the chest, as it is the part where you die with just a few shots and if the opponents hit the stomach they would need more shots to kill, and when the armor protected the stomach it would probably only make the armor break faster.
but tarky has alot of bugs not saying this game doesnt. But you are not able to compare the 2 games in this sense. ( i have close to 3000 hours in tarky)
I think you got the materials wrong. According to AB-Mobile, the tier for bullet proof is as follows: Hardened Stell > Aluminum > Ceramic > Titanium > Composite > Aramid > Polyethylene
Hardened steel has the best bullet resistance / chance to absorb all damage or whatever they call it , totally opposite of what you said , it does repair worse though , so correct on that part
(FOR FARM) if you're good and always got good position, u dont need no armor, no helmet. only gs2 headset and gas mask to help conceal ur characters face a bit.
yes and no, it does matter on if you are solo or in a team and how many people you are coming up against. but you are right if you do get good positioning you are able to rat out some kills.
I don't use body armor, it just doesn't matter and it slows you down so much it makes the game unfun. They just one tap you either way so I prefer cheap. sh12, cheap rig and a ok gun LET'S GO
So I use Armour rated from 55damage poits to the heaviest ones depending on the level of combat im expecting same with hemets an I use either m23 or commander heads sets
An honestly I configure my set ups according to the role im playing in the team bc I like to tank an dive into fights an long range one shot take downs

yes you are correct but in armoury I like to take something that will take a few extra bullets cause its all close combat !

Thanks for the comparison ❤

if you find the game to be fun playing like this no one is stopping you !
Ok huge question I've had how similar is area infinite to area mobile bc I've noticed some differences but not much in my opinion
there are differences in the two games !
So I use Armour rated from 55damage poits to the heaviest ones depending on the level of combat im expecting same with hemets an I use either m23 or commander heads sets
❤
Thank mate !
which is the best cost-benefit?
well matters what Tier you want to run !
good video, can you do one on helmet cause thats as important
yes i will have one coming out for helms just trying to work out how i am going to do it cause of the face shields
An honestly I configure my set ups according to the role im playing in the team bc I like to tank an dive into fights an long range one shot take downs
Maybe buy a different microphone it sounds horrible❤
I have a Rode one for podcasting but it takes up alot of space on my desk. I will have a play around with it just for you ;)
Bro u was using m855 tier 3
