@@golfshake bit of golf trivia for ya fellas, Sergio Garcia teamed up with Toulon and gamed the Azalea, he named it after his daughter. Seemed fitting to bag the Austin 😂👍🏼 love the content, keep up the good work
I am a lefty and use my PING Anser T TR. I would love to try a Odyssey Toulon since I've just noticed them in advertising the past month or so. Definitely pricey, but I will trial one out as soon as Covid rules lift a bit. 🏌️♂️
Very insightful video on some great putters. Particularly love the odyssey stroke lab marxman putter along with a couple of others in that range. Scotty Cameron is a putter I have myself but the new ones aren’t to my particular liking to be honest. I have also looked at the ping putters and the feel off the face is great but when you extend them out to the full 36” they do start to feel a bit unstable and I know of a few others that have said the same when we’ve been talking about them.
I don't think getting fitted for a putter is bad but I believe for putters the best way to get fitted is to go find what you like and what feels best for you. Analytics and numbers don't mean a thing when your standing over a 5 footer
great video, decisions , have to say just tried the Marxian and lovely feel to it, though like the Spider x , keep up good work, need to get something very forgiving in mallet style with budget of 260 euro, appreciate any advice , thanks
Q. What would be the best putter for me? I am a 17 hc who likes blade putters. My clubs are Callaway but I use a Tylor made putter. I do not like inserts or having to add weights. Money not an object for a premium putter. I kinda feel like my putter should be upgraded. Ty and Great job!
Put aside your dislike of inserts and try a Stroke Lab No. 1 blade. I find it is surprisingly forgiving and a great putter. Didn't expect to go for a blade! Distance control is a strength.
Try getting hold of one in the UK. I reckon if you went to America and brought a load back you could easily sell them on Ebay UK and pay for your trip. I haven't got that entrepreneurial spirit left in me..
Oh, seriously? You can google each club yourself if it matters. Prices will differ as RUclips is seen all over the world and nobody wants to do a currency translation.
As a lefty I do my own testing. Currently have 5 putters..fave is the Scotty 5CB. I have a fitting next week for a Seemore. I personally like small mallets with mid size grips like Superstroke 3.0 or Lamkin sink fit straight. 34" shaft and face balanced. Spiders are good but paint chips very easy.
Whatever holes it. Best putter I ever had was a ultra cheap Bull's-eye copy I bought at a Walmart 25 years ago. Heavier than normal and lined up the ball great.
Claiming that a putter is better than an other one is like asserting : "this pair of shows is better than this other one".Nonsense. How can a so called pro make such a video ?
It makes me sad that you had to test on that shitty green ! Great analysis however !! I use the Stroke Lab 7 and its good not great, so I think next stop is Scotty or back to Spider , thanks for the Video : )
A fitting is one thing. But if your method and stroke are all messed up as mine were, maybe you get fitted for a style that you'll abandon. Between putters, grip size, grip method, and stroke style, there are so many variables to putting.
I totally disagree. A putter can give you confidence by its appearance and its feel. Perhaps you are happy with your putter and consequently feel everybody should be. Your putter should be the most expensive club in your bag since you use it at least once on each hole. There's no shame in owning 6 putters or more of you are serious about your golf.
I’ve added the Toulon - Austin to the bag and absolutely love it. My baby boy is also called Austin so think this one will be in the bag for a while!
Nice!

Nice info thanks -would love an old Ping the one that went "ping " when you hit it !
I have a Ram Zebra, rare white and black, with a super stroke tour 2.0. Best putter I’ve ever used. Added two weights.

Let us know how you get on.

I am currently using a spider but thank you for the vid, it is very helpful
👍👍

Feels certainly comes into it... but a fitting is definitely worthwhile.
Currently using a Scotty Cameron Futura X7-M but seriously looking at the strokelab 2 ball fang putter!
great video, decisions , have to say just tried the Marxian and lovely feel to it, though like the Spider x , keep up good work, need to get something very forgiving in mallet style with budget of 260 euro, appreciate any advice , thanks
Just go out and try as many as you can 👍
Top 5? It would be good to know how many you tested and your criteria.
Ryan is a retailer too so has lots & lots & lots of putters

Hey Cory... go and get fitted for one... that’s the best way to find the best putter for your stroke 👍👍

Going for the stroke lab 7.
Great putter 👏👏👏
odyssey stroke lab #7
You got one?
Golfshake.com yea and #3
Golfshake.com can you please do a 2019 top driving irons video??
The ping fetch helps people with back issue's.
👍
Ping Sigma 2 Fetch. Hands down a true gem
Great putter
You forgot the Tommy Armour impact 3 mallet putter.
Try getting hold of one in the UK. I reckon if you went to America and brought a load back you could easily sell them on Ebay UK and pay for your trip. I haven't got that entrepreneurial spirit left in me..
Scotty Cameron #1 always
Great putter
Can you put the cost of the club in your reviews?
Oh, seriously? You can google each club yourself if it matters. Prices will differ as RUclips is seen all over the world and nobody wants to do a currency translation.
Huntington Beach collection?
Why no left handed putters ?
😳

Still using a 20 yr old Yes putter, nowt wrong with it...
Absolutely 👍
Whatever holes it. Best putter I ever had was a ultra cheap Bull's-eye copy I bought at a Walmart 25 years ago. Heavier than normal and lined up the ball great.
Why isn’t Evnroll on your list? 😂
We hadn’t had it at the time of testing and only included putters we’d thoroughly tested 👍
taylormade spider tour
Nice putter 👍
What
?
You could poop on the ground and write Scotty Cameron on it and it would sell for $300.
The ping grip is horrible if you extend it over 35 inches the whole grip wobbles
😬 we never really noticed that tbh
That's ok. You tall guys have an advantage with your size as it is. Just kidding. Yes, I'd see a wobble as a strong negative.
Claiming that a putter is better than an other one is like asserting : "this pair of shows is better than this other one".Nonsense.
How can a so called pro make such a video ?
Not sure we made any such claim... 🤦♂️
It makes me sad that you had to test on that shitty green ! Great analysis however !! I use the Stroke Lab 7 and its good not great, so I think next stop is Scotty or back to Spider , thanks for the Video : )
It wasn’t too bad.. was filmed very early in the year ⛳️👍
SeymourGainz I’d highly recommend a look at the evnroll range of putters.
Get fitted for a putter people
Absolutely 👍

Putters.
The biggest rip off of all the club's. It's the "putter" not the putter that matters.
But finding the right putter for the putter is as important
@@golfshake Absolutely right!
I totally disagree. A putter can give you confidence by its appearance and its feel. Perhaps you are happy with your putter and consequently feel everybody should be.
