Hello I watched your how to choose the best product for your hair type video and I realised a clay or pomade is good for me as I have low porosity, fairly thick, dark, wavy, dry hair. ATM I am using hanz de fuko claymation but it makes my hair shiny and just fall flat after an hour, so should I try a pomade?

The last salon I worked at failed within less than 3 years. If you do podcasting or a live video, I would love to tell my story. Maybe it can be of help to salon owners and stylists.
Unfortunately in my salon, the pay is the biggest issue of all. I am just curious if anyone else has a similar pay method or if I need to run very fast from my salon! Lol We do not rent chairs, we are paid on min wage, or 50% commission however! Every colour service we do, we get deducted $10 ( so essentially we pay for our colour but we don't rent ) is this illegal? Or normal? I did not sign anything when I started at this salon stating that they can't take the $10/ colour service. Please let me know of anyone has experience this before. Thanks xox
+Lisa Finnie Lisa your situation literally is how majority of the industry gets paid. Not all do deductions but $10 for color is the norm. It’s all basically to prevent the place from shutting down and so the owners can survive.
