If you actually took the time and care to fix up the car from scratch instead of downloading every mod you can have before even assambling the car for the first time without mods, you might have succeseded. Oh and by the way, don't download mods immediantly after dowloading the game, you will get very bored very quickly
I just had a few mods downloaded like Mop, bettercheatbox, inventory and minimap, and I died out of starvation. It actually it took me around 2 hours assembling the car and the engine from the scratch, well after i died, I decided to try assembling the car all over again, and got it running, It had some issues but I got it all fixed, buttt I died later because of some glitch
