Depends. Most of the new players can't handle Lam with Attack build. But with tank build lam can deal a decent amount of true damage & be a secondary tank & also can join a teamfight anytime. But with attack build you have to play passive & try to attack suddenly & quickly finish backline.
@@emu_playzz okay i'm good at attack build i tried tank build but for me it was meh. It's easy to dive into enemy back lane with attack build cause of it's burst.
@qRaiJay well, with recently adjustments with Lam, attack build will be right choice everytime. But you know that new players find it really hard in Rank that's why i suggested tank build more. I take it that your at least master or grandmaster then you should know how bad new players are 😔

Why there's no changes on lam's basic attack when I turn use precise, basic attack wheel movement

Did you mean to say that when you use your movement wheel You still get lam's maximized attack speed?
No he means he can't change direction/ path of lams enhanced basic attacks
