Here's the issues I see with the unit, IMO. First, it would be hard for somebody to get on the scooter due to the high crossbar. Somebody that has limited mobility with their legs is going to have a hard time. Second, the seat looks very low to the ground. Again, an older person is going to struggle getting up and off of that thing. And third, the seat does not rotate, further increasing the difficulty getting on and off the thing. Otherwise, it has some great features if those items are not a concern.
