      @Maykolo Yes, sword (knives) and kids not nice (as in lots of British news). But I do suppose the robots WILL stick to their programmed routine and won't go rogue like a human. Also, hope the sword is just a prop (of plastic?).

      Chinese New Year! -> ❌️
      Lunar New Year -> ✅️

    • @wynne-m1x4g
      @wynne-m1x4g 18 days ago +115

      @user-nasanatoThe Chinese calendar is not equivalent to the lunar calendar. The Chinese calendar is a type of lunisolar calendar, and it is not entirely consistent with the lunar calendars used in Korea and Vietnam.
      For example, the first day of the Chinese New Year in 2027 falls on February 6 in China, whereas in Korea it falls on February 7.
      In simple terms, we celebrate the Chinese New Year, not the Korean or Vietnamese New Year, and certainly not this absurd "Lunar New Year."

    • @ScaredNerd
      @ScaredNerd 18 days ago +2

      @wynne-m1x4g wait so you're telling me it's different by one day and it's not the lunar calendar? hahahahah stop lying. all 3 countries have it on the 17 of february.

    • @user-nasanato
      @user-nasanato 18 days ago +1

      @wynne-m1x4g"Your point about the astronomical differences actually proves why 'Lunar New Year' is a more accurate overarching term. Since Korea, Vietnam, and China often have different dates for the holiday due to time zone differences (as you mentioned for 2027), calling it 'Chinese New Year' incorrectly implies that everyone follows the Beijing standard. Using 'Lunar New Year' or the specific cultural names like 'Seollal' or 'Tet' acknowledges these distinct astronomical and cultural realities rather than erasing them under one country's identity."

      If it’s based on lunar and has 12 zodiacs, It’s Chinese origin. And also you need to let it sink in that Chinese do not care that you celebrate their new year, they celebrate their own, you can copy it and say whatever but they celebrate Chinese new year only.

      E pras pessoas que não sabem, o Parkour vem do WushuKungfu, são habilidades e técnicas de treinos de controle e domínio corporal pra todos os tipos de práticas e situações da vida cotidiana, o WushuKungfu juntamente com diversas artes culturais Chinesas foram levadas/inseridas na opera Chinesa e lá o lendário Jackie Chan as aprendeu e as levou ao mundo através dos seus filmes/cinema, Jackie Chan juntamente com diversos outros atores marciais Chineses foram fundamentais pela divulgação/popularização do WushuKungfu globalmente, e Jackie Chan foi quem divulgou e popularizou essas habilidades e técnicas de controle e domínio corporal desde a década de 60, e nos anos 2000 um francês fã do Jackie Chan começou a praticar aquilo que ele via do seu ídolo e nomeou/apelidou como Parkour essas habilidades e técnicas de controle e domínio corporal do WushuKungfu que o grande mestre/Shifu Jackie Chan que as apresentou/divulgou ao mundo e etc's. Outra coisa importante também, a base inicial do break dance dos movimentos de solo também vem do WushuKungfu, são também diversas habilidades e técnicas de controle corporal de movimentações de solo e etc's que vinheram através das academias, dos Shifu's de Kungfu dos imigrantes Chineses em Nova York.

      that's becasue it is 1 remote control robot per person controller.

    • @MadersPie
      @MadersPie 14 days ago +9

      @stevesteve8098Yes, of course. An operator is making micro twitches to keep a remote controlled bipedal robot on its feet as he visually percieves said robot is going to lose balance, all while having a 100ms latency between said visual cues and a 250 ms reaction latency, cumulatively a little less than half a second, given all of them were professional athletes at peak condition. That is not even counting the latency introduced between formulating said instruction into a protocol that needs to be translated to TCP/IP and decoded on the robot, processed and executed (5 or 6 times in a single second).
      Or maybe, you know, they trained some motor control foundational models, similar to what Boston Dynamics did...? It's possible you know my dude. Yes, there may be remote operators for the general movements, but the complexity of keeping balance would have to be integrated into the unit itself...
