I feel like this would be better with a consistant dot or lined system for the coloured pages, and for the coloured pages to be a lighter shade of green + lighter inks wouldnt like that bright colour too much and it can be hard for people to see in general for accesibility reasons. I really like the weekly layouts though.
I have never heard of Moo planners. Right if the bat, I'm just not a huge fan of the green pages. The color is just too bright, but I do like the concept over all. I always struggle to use a monthly layout pages because I run out of ideas for them. Thanks for sharing.
Dude, that clip is magic! And that binding is sooo satisfying. I would struggle with the tiny, pale print though. And I write big, so I would struggle with the size of the writing space too. But I love the design (except for the smaller weekend days)!
Thanks for reviewing this, I keep seeing ads for it! I'm not sure I'm convinced by the colored paper thing but the actually weekly layout seems kinda cool. If I were to give up on planning as a hobby and just needed a planner, I'd consider this one
This is quite a curious product to me. I cannot for the life of me imagine this used as a planner (due to the lack of monthly calendar and the way the note pages are set up), but I think it could make quite a cool journal. I would hate this as a planner design though, so for me it kind of fails its intended purpose. I will give MOO that that little calendar highlight clip is super smart.
I tried a Moo plain notebook and struggled with the paper! The binding is AMAZING, but I experienced so much bleedthrough with even gel pens that I just couldn't use the book. But I haven't tried them again, and my last experience was a few years ago, so maybe the paper has changed since then? Your pen test performed much better than what I experienced!
Love that clip + calendar! Such a problem SOLVER for me. I need to have mini calendars on my daily and weekly views to give me a visual frame of reference for where I am in the week or month. Thanks for sharing!
Glad to see this video - I ran across this planner online a couple months ago and have been waiting for reviews to start happening. I'm really impressed by its versatility.
The moo planner intrigues me - I love planning systems but I struggle with planners either being too constraining, not enough room, heavy and cumbersome - I like how light it is, and I like having the freedom of using the dates when I need
Good morning! Hope you are doing as well as you can be today. :) I thought I'd try the Hobonichi Weeks, but I seem to be too heavy handed to write in it. Maybe I need a pencil board? However, I'm not sure I can go the whole year with this planner.. yet I feel guilty getting a new planner since I bought this one. Thank you for your video!
Curious how it would do with fountain pens, but I don’t think I could handle the different grids/lines for the note pages, I need more consistency! It is interesting though.
I feel like they've misnamed this planner. It's undated but not perpetual. I had high hopes for a single book for my annual home maintenance stuff, birthdays, annual renewals, like so.
Congrats on 66.6k subs! Noticed the number and was amused.
That calendar clip is some kind of black magic wizardry 😍

This is the most thorough review of any product I have ever seen in my life.
I absolutely love this planner. I have looked at Moo previously and I am impressed by what they have done.

Briefly considered this for my work planner, but then saw the lined and green pages. Not for me, but pretty cool.

Moo was my go to for Micro business cards when I needed cards. Less paper to waste. One of our doctors offices switched to them.
Rats! The dreaded half size weekend days! That clip is GENIUS, though.

I think this may be something I stick too. I love the flat binding
Just came across this and was curious about it. Thanks for sharing this. My niece who loves planners is a lefty so that is cool to know!
What an interesting planner! This is a really unique concept. I'm intrigued!
I love the clip. Makes so much sense. Unfortunately I’d destroy that binding by picking at the exposed threads.
I would buy this planner just for the calendar clip gadget. Plus I am a lefty too! 🤪
When you said “metric shit ton” it made me laugh like crazy. I love how real you are. Wishing you good health ⭐️
Love watching you and admire you’re honesty!

Definitely get the pencil board! Makes a huge difference. Absolutely worth the money for what seems like just a flimsy piece of plastic.
More notebooks should be lie flat. In this essay I...
You should review Take-A-Note A5! I am not sure if this has been suggested to you before.
I love Moo notebooks!
Aww man sat/sun split is a hard no for me. Binding and clip are neat though.
This was so helpful, thank you! I’ve been debating purchasing this for probably 2 years now, and I think your review just saved me $30. ☺️
Thank you for reviewing this one!
This is an interesting planner

Did you intend your marker colors to resemble an extremely Picasso-sequence little mermaid? :)
I’m very heavy handed. It’s not for me!
The printing is so faint that I think I would struggle with it.
