I like the sauce, it is really packed with a lot of nutrients and protein, the mushroom you added make sense. The sauce will also be good for even fufu. Enjoyment guys

Thank you @ CHEENDO for your comment. We need to bring back this community love which is phasing out in our contemporary society. In the typical villages I know it is still there but we need to embrace this sankofa way of togetherness. Eating togetherness is a way of bonding but so called urbanization and westernisation is killing our culture. Big ups to kay recipes as an ardent advocate of eating our own in our traditional setting. Long live kay media.

Kay recipes please try and do a video on how you make your natural spices and I think a lot of audience will be keen to learn from that video since its a healthy option than others am not allowed to mention the brands on a public platform. Its my suggestion if you can that will be much appreciated by all.

Charcoal is rather amazing, actually, for someone who grew up with 24x7 electricity, natural gas cooking etc. I find it fascinating the amount of heat and sustainability.

    Some rice, at last !!!!
The thing is, you (people) can cook rice as well as the traditional "rice eaters" (Senegalese, Chinese, Indians and more).
I was very much angry against you for not cooking rice, with your different terrific sauces !

Nice one now correct your mistakes- 1) never use plastic bag instead use napkin why because it will leech into your food and as man lead to prostate cancer and other health issues 2) avoid table salt and use sea salt since table salt is just full of chemicals like aluminium, anti-caking agents etc 3) Standing and eating bad habit. Remarks - well done keep it up 95%
