I was impressed that Rachael seemed to listen to her, and didn’t try to grab the kettle. Sakina just talks at the children and doesn’t watch to see if they understand her, or are doing what she told them to do. It used to drive me crazy how she would tell Roya to watch Rachael as she walked out the door. Then she would completely forget about Rachael and what Roya was doing. Roya always completely ignored her mother, which is understandable considering her age. You don’t ask a four year old to babysit a baby.
