I like all the videos you put out, and can say unequivocally that customer support has always been very helpful, patient with my questions, empathetic, and ALWAYS responds quickly. Best customer support I've experienced with any of my games! I have a couple of suggestions for the game. 1) please make basic resources regenerate quickly on the main island. Waiting more than 24 hours is not beneficial to the players. It's very hard to cook and upgrade buildings when you don't have basic supplies or energy. 2) make the events last for 1 week. For instance maybe roll out new events Friday night or Saturday morning so people can work on them on the weekend and then throughout the week. Players won't have to expend so much energy, and have way more time to enjoy the event, and won't be neglecting their main island challenges/quests. I know I'd like to be able to upgrade a building simultaneously while playing an event. 3) don't make harvesting similar items in the event cost more energy. I noticed during the current event that getting Tufts of grass from an actual tuft of grass costs two more energy than it does on my main island or any of the other Islands. That's not equitable. (It shouldn't cost two more energy to get a tuft of grass from the event Island so I can get leadership board points) 4) make creating a team worth 19 rubies. Develop a way where teammates can chat amongst themselves and share resources (I'm looking at games like forge of empires as an example). Also, have team competitions and allow the top three teams to earn rubies. If you did these two things then spending 19 rubies to make a team would be well worth it! And, finally, #5: please please develop the stairs on the upper level on the main island! We all want to explore more of our own Island and get new resources! Thank you so much for making this a challenging and fun game, and for putting out such helpful videos (some of which you give out rewards for watching which is always appreciated by players). Overall I would give you a B+ (not quite an A due to what I mentioned above). Keep up the great job and you will enjoy devoted players who want their friends and family to join. ✌️ 4ADFPS is my game ID.
agreed 💯..I am having such an impossible time even getting the first stairs fixed at the home island because I'm not on an insane level and getting those kinds of things, it's next to impossible to make enough stuff for tasks like that! Plus, I have not been able to get ALOT of my building done at home island because it's so extremely hard to get ALL of the things to do it, but especially when you have to give it to the merchant and Ozzy... it's becoming so very much harder and ALOT less fun🥺😢😔 4TWXAP
You do know why they won't consider 1 and 3? $$ if they would do that people wouldn't need to buy extra energy and rubbies which brings me to number 2 the tribe I actually created one just to see what benefits there was in doing so and I'm still trying to figure it out like I feel like I just waisted 19 rubbies like why? I just don't get it then to top it off I accidentally left the tribe and now I lost it and 19 rubbies lol so would you have any idea why they would create the tribe for no reason at all just to what what waste 19 rubies
I love the game, but it’s really no fun needing so many tools and some of the challenges are no fun because they take tons of energy to do everything. You make so little progress, and it’s tedious. Thanks for letting us ask for what we would like.
I found sending the boat off as often as possible helps keep the key supply and chest opening.... well supplied tools! I haven't finished a mission and still have come in first. It seems like never-ending impossible goal to Actually finish. Not very rewarding.

Yeah, spending real money doesn't solve anything in this game because you're forced to use all your energies right away because new energy won't happen until you're below your normal count. And stil, no matter how large the number of energies you buy, each tasks take too much to do! This is very frustrating and at the end you're not really moving fast enough to be in the first 3 places at the top!
As with the rest of the players my complaint would be lack of time and resources to use plus energy to complete the events. Not all of us can shell out money to progress in the game. Extend the events by a couple more days at least to give the rest of us a chance to complete an event please. Very appreciative of you guys showing how to contact support though. KXF9C3
I love the game! When I’m having a stressful day it tends to calm my nerves. I only wish that it didn’t take so much energy to complete the challenges. Sometimes I finish within the top 3 and that makes me very happy. Then there are times I finish in the 20s which sucks. Overall, this game is one of my favorites. Thanks.

Once, I had the "fatal error" message in the game when loading and couldn't play at all...the support guys where super helpful and they speak in many languages 🐱🌟
I love this game! It is my favorite! The only thing I struggle with is needing to spend so much money to continue playing adventures, etc. There is NO way you can actually play without paying. Hopefully that can be remedied soon as I see many people saying the same. Keep up the great game, and continue working on making it accessible for all!

TXATBY Been playing for years, only finished any event a few of times sadly. After paying for lots of extra energy. There is lots of extra energy floating about. Manly making it. I wish the beach balls and coconuts were a bit lower with energy. Especially as you need so many. Thanks for the great game though. Still really enjoy it
But I've all but stopped doing the adventures, I just try and keep my island built up, and IF I have extra time to get to my level ups to get to New items, then , and only then will I do the adventures and only do those. But even then, they're next to impossible to get through. They just recently changed some of these things, and I've just recently stopped paying actual cash for it.... 🤔
To get better rewards at the end of the adventures i delay starting them for a day or so. Wont help you finish them but you do end up higher on the rewards list. Also, i play through mistplay. I play games i don't really care about to earn units for gift cards so i can spend money in game for free. I could earn some by having others use my code to download it but thats not why im posting this. This is strictly to help others. Mistplay works, ive gotten a bunch of gift cards from it. Either the activies cost too much energy (62/112 energy for pink crystals), or it uses so many resources that I can't finish supplies for the ship which means no keys. When a game doesn't use up your resources, the it requires extra keys/gold tools. It's too frustrating not to advance zt a normal fun pace. Please, make this game fun again. 1E1FBD

I totally agree, there are some upgrades that take months and too much energy only to find the materials. Please change something, I spent a lot of money and often I don't even start an event when I see that, for example, only to remove a ball i have to spend quite all the Energy tat I have. And where are the secondary islands? I have 3 old ones that are pratically cleaned and unusefull. X9LMWS
The difficulty is so many items required to finish tasks. It takes too long to make items to upgrade your main island, while simultaneously doing a timed event that also takes a lot of energy and resources. But I enjoy the events so I tend to focus on them instead of my island....🤔 9SRS75
It is somewhat useful but would prefer to put the effort on the resolving issues from the support team. Such as the different rewards for different users issue.

I have spent some money but I stopped because it's never enough ever enough and I hate to spend money and still not get where I want to go.
