No worries, our premiere time changed since the U.S. is now at Daylight Saving Time. We changed our clocks. They change back this fall

I haven't tried kayaking along a river so I can only imagine what a thrill that must have been like rowing through the rapids. It's great that you were given crash course and safety instructions before kayaking.

I did a 11 mile- hike the other day as the first hike in 2024..OMGoodness, I could have used your massage therapist afterward hahah.
@@ms.kayak7seas well those rapids looked a bit scary to me. I think I'd rather be on an arete in the mountains. I'm hopefully away over Easter doing some proper hiking...if the weather lets me. That's a good hike out 11 miles. I have some "implements" to ease my leg aches too. They look a bit dodgy ha ha
