This song reminds me so much of my grandfather...he raised me. Was everything a little girl could have ever wanted in a daddy. I was blessed to have him in my life, he was there for both the births of my children, he was there to walk me down the asile when I got married, there to pick me up when it didn't work out...and was there for my kids and me no matter what we needed...I lost him July 5th of 2010...its been two years now...A day does not pass that I do not miss him. I rencently lost my grandma 2 days ago. I didnt really kno her but she kept the family together. Now she is in heaven with my dad, i miss them both.

My grandpa is died of cancer this song makes me allmost cry evertime i know this song will be played at his funuir. Ive been tryign to get as close to him as i can but seeing him how is is just makes me wanta cry
I would go see my son who was KIA in Afghanistan, my niece, grandmothers and so many more, but especially my son and only child. I need to be able to visit heaven like that. Thank you for this song.

I can't get through this song without bawling like a baby. Gosh I miss the ones I lost-I miss them every day. What keeps me going is knowing I'll be with them again one day when I go to heaven. Keep an eye on them, Father-let them know I miss them.

A year ago exactly from yesterday, me and my friends lost one the most beautiful friends we have ever had. Brett, only if someone would have said lets take a different road, but that never happened :(. I wish we could go back in time and tell you something one more time, just to see the beautiful smile bud. But, we will be seeing you another day at the crossroads brother. About three months ago, my best friends dad died, he was like a dad to me...Its hard to see someone so close to you actually pass away. About two years ago, my really good friend krista passed away....You never know what you have till its really gone....Ive lost a lot of good friends, but its them who make me stronger, and make me live each day like its my last. My guess is those who hit dislike has never lost someone. I lost both my grandparents on my dad's side when I was two to cancer, so this song hits me hard every time.
This song really touches me, after losing my father when I was 9, and some of the most amazing people I will ever meet, I would love to be able to take a trip and see them.

I can relate to this song in a lot of ways. My Grampa passed away last year and we had a spot where we fished so that hits home.
I had a friend pass away about 6 months ago. at the age of 16. It was tragic. sad part is he was killed by a police officer on his way home in a motor vehicle accident. I miss him lots and this song brings back all the good memories, and it makes me happy. R.I.P BMJ. hope heavens everything u thought it was gonna be. look over us all bubs. : /

I lost my grandpa back in 99 when I was 3, then I lost my grandma last august I was 15, this song sends chills down my spine and brings a tear to my every time I hear it, especially when I hear the part " I'd find my bird dog Bo and take him hunting one more time" because My little hunting dog is getting old and I don't expect him to be around for too much longer, He is my best friend and don't want him to go, I miss you grandma tell grandpa we all say Hi.

This song is so sad- but it lets you remember that your loved ones that have passed arent so far away. My father passed away a few days after my husband and I found out we were having a little boy- my dad was so excited about being a grandfather- but he never got to see him. I wish he was hear to see my lil man that looks just like his g-pa.
