    Im going through all the review channels I watch and im seeing all of yours now. I think we bought this around the same time. I agree with everything. The blindfold wasnt too bad. But those coin envelopes and the Billet knife.... Uhhh they could have made better decisions. But I guess for practicing they are fine. I was thinking of maybe wood burning a design to make the knife a little more of a story piece. Great review. I like how detailed you are. Keep up the great work.

    Dear Sebastian, what a PHENOMENAL REVIEW!!! It is THOROUGH, THOUGHTFUL, INFORMATIVE, CANDID, AND ENJOYABLE!!! You are to be commended for a great job!!! I have the original book and the original L&L DVD'S. This sounds like a great kit. Thank you so much for all you do! Wishing you and your family a safe, healthy, joy-filled and Blessed New Year 🎉! I thought this was a great review. It sounds like there are A LOT of routines included in this project. Did you count them to get a total?
    I didn't realise the videos had been published before, are they still available? Would you still recommend getting this if you already have the 13 Steps to Mentalism printed book?
    Also, what is a billet pull?

      If you have the book I do recomend still getting this! I think its a nice step forward from the book! I did not count how many routines there are but I would say 30+ for sure! The videos I think would still be available maybe on penguin, but not sure… Lastly for the billet pull, I will leave it as a surprise if ever you decide to get the kit!

      @@sebastiantoca9208 Thanks so much, very informative!
      On an unrelated question, do you have SNAPS by Dan Harlan and David Jonathan? I would love to see a review for it if you have (apologies if you've already done one and I missed it...)

    Interesting! You kind of answered my question. I already have the videos from before but I'm just now getting into mentalism. Would you recommend me to buy the different props individually instead of getting this set? Is it easy to find, for example, the different kind of nail writers from magic dealers online?

    • @sebastiantoca9208
      @sebastiantoca9208  6 месяцев назад +1

      Some of the props will be a massive headache to get sourced and buy! It really depends on the routines you like! If you are really into the nail writers, there are so many out there and easily sourced from most magic shops! So thats no problem! If however you want the color cards for example, those will be very hard to get out of the kit!

      @@sebastiantoca9208 Okay! Thanks a lot for the swift answer! 🙏 I heard elsewhere that the lead that came with the nail writers don't fit. Have you found that as well?

    • @sebastiantoca9208
      @sebastiantoca9208  6 месяцев назад +1

      @jonathannelson7584 mine are fine, but since these are mass produced im sure that varies in every package.. However I would not buy the kit for these nail writers. There is much better out there.

      @@sebastiantoca9208 Thanks again for the help, you've got a new subscriber! Maybe this is a lot to ask, but if you have time, what would you recommend to me who's got the videos but not the props? What products, like nail writers, billets, envelopes etc, etc, if I were to place an order from say, vanishing inc to get started with reading the book and watching the videos. Like what are that basic stuff I should get from the start (so I don't have to place a new order every time they show up in the book/videos)? Keep in mind I know basically nothing about mentalism yet, so even if it seems too basic to mention, please do so anyways 😆

      @jonathannelson7584 Most enveloppes and billets I feel you could easily source from Staples or Amazon! Those work super well and are very good! In terms of nail writers I would say look at Scribe by Christian Grace or the Vernet line of writers! It depends on if you want a thumb writer or finger writer or whatever you find best! I personally like a thumb writer! Those by vernet are very good and every cheap! I would look towards there! Again I know that you are starting out, but in the videos Richard goes over all these type of writers so you can get your info on what you feel is best for you there!
