    can you substitute the palm oil for something else?

      +MotolsInteriorDesign yea.. you can use any oil of your choice. Provided you add tomatoes and paprika to add a nice colour to the beans.

      Parboiling the beans also helps to reduce the bloating

    Why you just boil beams for 5mins... Cos you use pressure pot or something or frying makes it even faster... Which? Usually I wanted to boil the beans, till it gets soft to an extent then all these other drama follows. 5mins!!! You sounded like your put was on some 800 degree or something. Talk to me.

      you can take a digestive enzyme before the meal.
