that's a beautiful bike. I am looking for a 1984 CW California freestyle. it had big round pegs welded to the frame in the back of the bike. if you can please let me know what year the bike was
Yes I cracked my CW California Freestyle , have to admit CW build quality was horrible , I knew several people that cracked their bikes ..I got a Haro Sport after I cracked it and the Haro was perfect freestyle bike for me
hi mate I have an old cw frame racing, how can I tell if its a cw for real and if it's worth doing up?? I know it's from the 1980's early 80;s 83 or 84?? If I give you the serial number can you tell me if it's worth A: keeping or B: doing up?? Cause me being young I put some GT Pro Series Stickers on the frame.. and I'm sure I had cw stickers on it before I stuffed it by tearing the stickers off. There's no frame imprint on the frame like most bike's like GTetc... If I give you the serial number can I tell or can you tell me.. Yes it does have a little stress crack but no rust. I had little Ame seat n rym's and blue old sckool crank. It was a kid's racing one with small thin rym's..
Bought one for my son while we lived in El Paso, Tx from El Paso Schwinn West on Mesa Ave.
He still has it!!!
Serial # CZ 1725. Go Kid, Go!
I had one back in the mid 80's along with 2 Red Line PL20'S and a chrome JMC Shadow. If only I had kept them.
I always wanted the Z frame but ended up with the CW Racing Z-2000 model got it in 1985 and still have it to this day
That's awesome!
I crack my twice did a Cooper weld and crack ,regrate losing the frame at my friends house ,back in the 80s, nice peace
Yeah, Looks good but I wouldn't jump it at all lol!
I had one of the prototype frames that was given to me by Mr. Hollywood himself back in the day. Damn i;m getting old
