I don't really get the appeal of rolled ice cream if I'm honest, it always seems like a lot of waiting and work for a result which doesn't look much prettier than a scoop, plus it'll all melt into one lump after 10 minutes anyway. Does look tasty though.

This is really cool! I like it! But you were supposed to put the heavy cream and milk and sugar in the middle of the tray and keep mixing them in the middle until it starts to harden and then spread it to the sides so you can make it a roll. Though still you did it really well! :)

If you don't wanna buy the kit a trick to do this at home is to get a tub of vanilla ice cream, mix with toppings, and spread it out on a baking sheet. Then you freeze it for a few hours and when it's done you roll it up with a spatula 😋

多分最後のロールアイス巻く時巻ずらかったのは分厚かったせいなのかもしれません。
