Presidency cutoff must have been higher,You will get more clarity after they release mock cutoffs. They will release it before you can change the list so it will be np. IoT is a branch of CSE and cutoffs for EEE are not that high,Its not a course on demand,Put ECE rather than EEE if you want to go into a better clg with your current rank.
