I feel like this I should kind of the anthem of Gen Z. We’ve seen *so much* in very short lifetimes, and we just have to shrug it off and pretend like the country isn’t on fire. The funny feeling in my life is when my mum made me feel so... angry and upset to the point that I can't bring myself to even mention me being (i think) genderfluid or something on those lines. I asked for a binder for a "halloween costume" (mainly for me - the binder) and she said "No, you'll hurt yourself" like I've not had so much inner turmoil at what or who I am and my own mother saying that has made me feel at square one again...
