@m d Actually,those barstewards at FIFA have devalued the world cup by expanding it and allowing too many of the smaller countries to play in it,in my opinion.My idea for rubgy would be to create structures that allow all the talented islanders to play for their countries and help those countries to play competively on a regular basis so that the game can grow there.This should be done because it's the right thing to do not,as FIFA does,as a form of corruption to guarantee votes to dodgy characters .
