Tremendous testimony and fantastic memory. A very brave man.too bad the interviewer kept interrupting him and showed no sympathy for what Henry went through. He could have showed some compassion. It was like he was putting Henry on trial which I didn’t appreciate. Henry was very patient. God Bless Him. Thank you Henry.
I know what you mean. A lot of these from this foundation are like that. I dont think that’s intended but it’s just at times the interviewer might digress or what ever and I believe their questioning brings it back to THEIR experience and in chronological order so it’ll make sense for the audience.
I wish there was subtitles on these. They take their time and go back to a painful place for us only for some of us to not really understand everything. Though Im aware this serves as a therapy for themselves as well. Also I appreciate the interviewers going out there to ask them about Shoah on record ( and yes I said that bc of the many complaints against interviewers). These are conducted for recording and uploading purposes. They get to talk to them before and after so we shouldn’t assume they’re callous. Just appreciate the fact theyre here for all…
This gentleman, Henry, is so sweet, I want to reach out and hug him tight, the way he speaks and the words he uses to describe his mother is just so lovely. Henry is very patient with this not so patient interviewer..
He’s got a really rich personality and he’s so fantastically remarkable as a human being!!!!❤❤❤❤love to the Frankel Family from Poland all the way from the Rocky Mountains of Colorado 🇺🇸 USA. textiles are a fabulous way of living regardless of the era!
The pain 💔😢 this man suffered at a young age is horrible and pure evil. Im so glad he survived so he can tell his story. May he forever 🙏 rest in peace.
This guy who is interviewing Henry is “the most” annoying disruptive interviewer I’ve come across while listening to these horrific stories by the survivors of the holocaust. Takes away from Henry’s story. Henry, thank you for sharing your story 🤍
Incredible testimony, wonderful man, but where is the conclusion? I searched and searched and could not find out what happened beyond the night the Nazis fled. How can I get part 2? I would appreciate any help finding the last part of his testimony.
Another interview her that just interrupt. The man is quite capable I’m telling his own story. He is a lovely man and I wish the interviewer had been quiet! Interviewer is so disruptive I cannot listen to the whole thing
Every culture has its own traditions but the fact that Jewish people wore certain clothing, beards and hairstyles really gave them away so quickly. Circumcision also understandably is part of their religious beliefs but it most certainly condemned so many boys and men during the war. Christians similarly state their religion by wearing the cross and Muslim women with their dress. People want to state their affiliation but it undoubtedly causes and has caused terrible problems. So many wars and massacres have been in the name of religion.
All the interviewers have Jewish names so I'm sure they are really sympathetic to the suffering of the interviewees but they no doubt need to keep the conversation from becoming too emotional.

You're right about the interviewer. His questions are sharp and fast, he sounds like a robot.

An amazing testimony, thank you! God’s richest blessings on the Nation of Israel.
To the interviewer Hush your mouth!!! The best are when the interviewers have common sense to hush and listen, then the amazing story is told.
Rare acts of active resistance. An exceptional man. Bravo, Sir!
A very brave Man,what he had to cope and endure when he was injured.

What a beautiful soul! Why wasn't he treated with kindness?

Stop interrupting! Let the man gather his thoughts. You are not helping!!!
Not many people can say they left Treblinka 2 alive.
Is there a part two?
This poor man is being victimized again by this insensitive interviewer.
Terrible interviewer! I can’t believe how callas and rude some of these interviewers are.
Rachel I am also in shock how insensitive those interviewers are.
Stop

Yet another totally crap interrogation! Tragic attitude!
David = worst interviewer on the planet
The interviewer is harsh. He’s conducting a cross examination.

A barking intervuer. Again.
