I wouldn't say that Djimmi's final phase is impossible. In fact, it's not actually that hard at all if you just pay attention. So maybe you're just saying that because you aren't that good at his last phase (no offense, I'm just saying).
I managed to beat this one too, and honestly i think it's second hardest one right behind robot! the fight is amazing, i love first, second and last phase - each of them were creative and ,,fair" at it's own way, the problem i had is third position, mostly with green donkey, each time it attacks from different position and train save spots are placed a bit different, so i wasn't able to prepare for it and learn how to do it, so most of the times it was ,,be ready to tank a lot" phase, but also i don't see the way to change it to make it more fair. Also i see you nerfed roundabout, i guess i used it too much during my fights ( pls don't nerf peashooter ._. ), also smoke bomb but i can understand this one, it's gonna make sally stageplay MUCH harder and it didn't make beppi easier. Overall i think beppi is hard at some places, but in the same time it's great and challenging. Keep up the good work, gonna wait for more for sure!
I nerfed roundabout because it just did higher damage while not really having to aim, a little tweak I gave it to compensate was a bit higher EX damage, it does up to 48 damage if you manage to make it hit 6 times then the projectile dies, the same for charge shot EX, it does 34 instead of 26, and dont worry, peashooter is my favorite weapon lol it's not getting nerfed ever, the nerfs are to get other weapons to be sidegrades not straight up upgrades and for the green donkey I can give you a hint: try not to parry at all because it gets you out of position
