    Hello Liz, love and adore your videos. Can you do a video on succulents with their type of flowers? Before they get chopped off. Some succulents can be differentiated by their flowers but it’s so hard to find a large collection of rare succulents and what their flowers look like. Your videos are like the best ever succulents encyclopaedia! Learned so much about succulents and cacti from you so please always know your videos are treasured by your subbies and succulents lovers.

      Since different succulents produce flowers at different times, putting majority of the ones I have in one video is quite mammoth task. However, I have shown different species of succulents in my many videos. Hope I'll find the time to do that in future videos. Below is a link to one of my videos where these succulents with names, bloomed in one day. Cheers

    Our heat/temperatures are up to 100°F already, and my Echeveria Mexican Snowball now is flat, like it's been laid upon by a bird. It's not sunburned, and this changed overnight. It was a nice little strong plant. None of the others have done this though.

      Echeveria Elegans 'Mexican snowball' loves the cold and tends to go dormant when temperatures goes over 25°C | 77°F. It's a tough plant and will bounce back when temperature drops.

    When leaf propagation, is there a difference between some leaves growing roots only vs. some leaves growing pups on the leaves ?

    • @GrowingSucculentswithLizK
      @GrowingSucculentswithLizK  5 месяцев назад

      No difference. Not all leaves will grow pups. It's just pure luck. But I do find that the older leaves on some species/variety, do tend to grow roots only.
