Mycoplasma can damage this natural defense mechanism, these organisms can colonize the entire respiratory system of the birds. To control the primary infection with mycoplasma and to prevent subsequent secondary infections with other pathogens which lead CRD (an abbreviation of chronic respiratory disease), an antibiotic with a unique mode of action that works in synergy with the bird's natural defenses. Macrophages and heterophils quickly identify the mycoplasma as foreign invaders, Tilmicosin can now destroy the pathogen. It is taken up by other immune cells and used again.

please i need the English subtitle of this video. it mentioned something in macrophages and heterophils that can destroy the pathogen. I could not hear it well the word was mikkasin what is the meaning of it. is it a structure in macrophages or what?
