- Dragon Dance (Drudge) Skelic is finally here, and it honestly pretty scary. The new Atlanthian City update added a TON to PVP and I'll do my best to cover a lot of it.

For those of you wondering why I'm not running outburst: Its because of the purpose this skelic set is supposed to serve. Drudge gives it a speed and melee damage increase, allowing it to become a sweeper. Outburst deals damage based one how much energy you have, meaning after one or two outbursts (even if you regain energy from dealing damage) or clicking mega chomp/aqua jaws your outbursts will deal less damage. I'm running primal slash because of the consistent damage it can deal regardless of my energy. Outburst will require me to click wait or rest to be able to deal damage, which gives the opponent a free turn to kill the skelic.
TLDR: outburst not good for a sweeper
So outburst doesnt get boosted by drudge?
@@milesedgeworth2778 no it does but the power it has is multiplied by its current energy then divided by its max energy
i acidently sweep the whole opponent team using this skelic combo drudge and outburst yea i know outburst not a preety good move

With skelic I use weakness policy with tribute Buzzolen so it can weaken the super effective hits and I gotten so many sweeps it’s actually insane

i can see skelic being a potential team wiper
i honestly think phantom slash would be better for skelic than mega chomp it would be able to hit a very tanky loomian like mutagon way harder (and yes skelic does get phantom slash now i think , i checked jamiy jamies vid)

There's a new move for wreso, it might be better...the move is basically like outburst (regained energy) but it cost 55 energy, 80 base power
That's only slightly higher strength than adaptive and doesnt have increased crit rate. The energy recovery is the only somewhat benefit of the move, but adaptive hardly requires much energy anyway

Hey i made a snowball obsi set i hope u could use it despite is being Quite gimmicky

the nature is Nimble Robust and Very Clumsy
the moves are
Mega Chomp
Earthquake
Scapegoat
Drudge
and the item is Rageful plushie
28 nrg tps for 270 nrg at 50
100 hp is to survive brawny 200 steel crusher from ty recks
and to survive a gamma pulse from lumi
nimble 200 at 1+ outspeeds nimble 200 proto
at plus 3 m atk mega chomp has a 95% chance to 2 hit ko the v rob lumi set
the entire gimmick of this set is to hope the opponent doesn't realize u have rageful plushie
for this set its safer to bring it in on something that obsi walls like a hunder
since the opponent will most likely switch to a loom that has a super effective move against obsi u will setup goat and try to get off a drudge if they try to break goat rageful plushie will activate (i think)
this set can snowball into a cleanup quite fast
hopefully u might use this set in another vid.
also this for this set its better to use it late game when everything is chipped so that youll have an easier time sweeping

dk if it will become more popular than the v rob set
@@memerz9056 it wont. Also you have wasted tps in your set as they have to be evenly divisible by 8. Also not using vrobust just makes you take even less hits as a ranged tank which is the opposite of what its purpose is.
why not outburst
too much energy cost with power cuffs, I might consider swapping to it later tho
Oh I mean it can still give NRG back tho
