    21:18 scaling down each mark BY 40% should mean that the number is multiplied by 0.6 and not 0.4 isn't it? if it was scaling down TO 40% then it should have been multiplied by 0.4 am i correct?

      scaling down by 40% means multiply the number by 0.4 then subtract the result from the number ,scaling down to 40% means just multiply the number by 0.4 , that's a simple mistake in the video.
