Was the only making the most of some small conditions at my local surf spot. The waves were nothing to write home about but I still managed to have some fun before calling it a session. I apologize for using the wrong settings for the POV shots. I hope you enjoy the video. Thanks for watching.

I love small days, particularly as there are plenty of surfers who don't bother going out = more for those like me!
Small days are the best as long as you have the right board for the job!!

Love it. I used to have a tiny wave right near where I lived and noone really used it but me. So good for the soul to just be out on your own doing what you love

OH MAN! Where I started, this was considered a great day. We would wait for weeks to get this much swell show up...and it got "crowded"...like 10 guys out. Ah, simpler times.

HI there. is this the stewart funline 9'0? How do you like the board in small waves? easy to paddle in? thanks
This is the 8'0 actually! This probably has a little less paddle power and more maneuverability than the 9'0. I have a 9'2 WRV that I use in small waves so I generally use this when it gets a little bigger or if I'm driving anywhere. But you really can't go wrong with anything stewart makes.
@@JoeyDunphy thanks man. I appreciate it. Trying to decide wether i should get the 9’2 in the pink by donald yakayam va the stewart redline 11 here for east coast waves in NJ. Not looking to sur anything crazy big but just small fun waves to progress. I do have a 7’8 torq funboard for when it gets a little bigger.
@@jamesdiola4773 Awesome man! Yah I think either board would work great. The best way to progress in surfing is to surf as much as possible. Having a longboard on hand increases the number of days where its possible to surf and your ability to have some fun in the smaller surf!
