To be honest, PPOP is not mainstream in the Philippines; it is just starting to be recognized in 2023, but with BINI "Pantropiko" becoming a trend on TikTok, people started to love and know PPOP in 2024, and BINI became mainstream. This girl's story is very inspirational. They have been NUGU for 3 years, and people have just ignored them when doing mall shows, but now no one would ignore them if they did mall shows again. They are so big today that in just 4 months, their streaming, views, and followers have become millions. The song "Karera" really fits BINI; they are the living proof of that song.

That's what's happening to SB19, so enjoy them while you can.
i agree with this. yes, i think sb19 started ppop when that "go up" dance practice went viral.. they are a respected senior in ppop, and they have a solid fanbase not just in the philippines but also international. however, bini has become mainstream, the general public loves them.. even dethroning taylor swift in philippine charts, which is an achievement cuz ts is REALLY big here. their songs have been playing everywhere in the philippines, people got curious about ppop that even alamat (maharani) become popular too!
let's not downplay each group's achievement, both groups have contributed to the ppop industry 😊

There's a video of them that I've seen recently where it shows their vocals in terms of belting. I can't remember whose member it is, but it's like a BINI CORE where they sang big songs like Beyonce's Halo, and Let It Go. I was surprised that they can really sing that well.

Born to win (Debut song): Listen on this song where this song gives you the motivation to keep moving forward and be more progressive as the title of this song said + It has a good rhythm.
Golden Arrow: This song gives you a sort of "Old Party Girl" vibe with this song
Strings: This string is very different from the other songs they've made and the songs shows their powerful vocals and aggressive vocals (This is like a slow to fast and fast to slow in a very quick phase).
I Feel Good: This song has a bright and very colorful theme to it and it's fun to watch.
Lagi: This song is the same vibe of "I Feel good" & "Salamin, Salamin" very fun to watch.
Ang Huling Cha-Cha: No Comment but only "FUN".
Pantropiko: This song is sooo fun and famous in Phillipines it's a trend because of it's summer vibe.
Da Coconut Nut: This song is there "Pre-debut" song while on pandemic and it has a very memorable story on the group due to how hard they make this song because of issues such as "Covid Pandemic" and "Management Shut Down" but even it happens their management still fought for the group even though they haven't done barely anything. And it's a revival to the song that was made by Ryan Cayabyab (The original composer, on 1991)
