- Korean Air takes delivery of their 2nd Boeing 747-8i HL7631. Watch as the new aircraft is pushed back from the delivery center to seeing the engines turn on from a cold start and the big finale ends with a glorious takeoff to Seoul!
Filmed: September 30, 2015 KPAE Paine Field Future of Flight in Everett, WA USA.
nice! can't wait to fly with it on august 2016 from Prague to Incheon. ☺
Man the 747-8i looks much more sexier than the 380. And livery is also makes the plane more sexier :)
Great Catch Bud :-)
Very their livery really suits the 748! I'm gutted they stopped plans to fly it to Heathrow. Liked
probably for summer season only????
JAL needs to look at the 8 also
So grand seeing that big shiny new Boeing 747-8i fly off to
it's home in Korea. Such a beauty!
I'm not sure I'll ever understand why Boeing went ahead with the Intercontinental with so few booked orders, selfishly I'm happy they did, keeping the franchise alive is a good thing. A world without the aircraft that allowed the middle class to travel the planet wouldn't be as nice, the iconic image of a 747 is exciting, the 380 looks like a fattened 340 on steroids, the 747 is a beautiful mobile piece of art, but I'm not borrowing billions from the bank to design and build the 8. There is a race between the makers for a new distance champ to upstage the 777-200LR. AirBus thinks the 350-1000 is the answer Boeing banks on a modified 777-X, the market is a tiny niche but for the ego its huge to be the first to hit a range of 10,000 miles plus.. Great video, much more in focus that the Korean Air 777 delivery, can a climb-out look more spectacular?
Glad to see more of these beauties with other airlines. Pity the Transaero ones have no home now.
i want Qantas to get the 747-8I
their newest A380 now is about 3-4 years old
Why : Just to be different and unique plus Qantas has been a 747 costumer for decades .
i think korean airline's color is the most simple and deautiful.
My favourite jet and livery.Great footage
Heads up: a guy named "Denver Trunzo" posted this video
nice catch is it just me or that sounds like the ge90 spool up
They should wave their wings and say good bye
Cant wait to fly in winter on Asian route
Love seeing the contrast in size between the 748 and the 787.
Don't make an accident.
