Absolutely, i'd like to try ruptures, but dang nothing beats the look. I have quite a bit of runtime on them and they just begins to grip better. Would be curious to compare g8's though
Its not that hard. I used Posca markers for the black lines first, then used various materials as stencils from the dollar store to make the carbon/honeycomb patterns, light spray. Then fumed the front where its gray to give a darker tone to the silver paint I bought. Then removed tape where I painted red, light fume of metallic white to give the metallic effect on the red, 2 to 3 light coats of each. Let dry then finish off with white or gray everywhere. So a few tips, draw with markers on the outside of the body, on the protective film, then Cut shapes and outlines in masking tape, painting dark color first. For the splatters, I just sprayed black paint in the cap, dipped a straw in it, then blew it on the body. Back to school days 😅 I used On-point paint, rattle cans. Its intimidating, but fairly easy to do in the end. That was my first body paintjob, and its a success. Im not doing for others unfortunately. Hope that help

Curious about how you painted the body?! That looks awesome. Would you be interested in doing mine?
