The point of running a non-3 speed rune defense monster is based on the idea that the opposing player will only attack someone they can outspeed and get the first turn in.
So following that reasoning, it really doesn’t matter if you use 3 speed runes, if the enemy will only attack if they have the advantage. And if you have 3 speed runes, you have base life and power. You might as well buff some of the other stats.

Why 3 speed? If the attack misses then you are at a big disadvantage because you have low life, and usually a monster with accuracy diminishing moves shouldn't be used as a denier.

It's not a deny monster. It's intended to land sunburn from the very start to cut away at the enemy life. To use this with 3 speed, you'd still have to pair her with a deny monster. This is why you can also just give her team speed or a combination

I didn't get her. I was second. I was sad at first but then I got 8 million food total and leveled up my monsters to get backups level 100 of every element except for water, I still only have thethys but have her pet in storage
