Somebody needs to tell me Up1+2 is useless for Eddy in T8
And df3+4 is useless as well whereas these were the most effective moves in T7
Can't believe it they gavenothing to Eddy except ff3 lol

Nina is top tier. Eddy is bottom tier. So many of Eddy’s moves are launch punishable that it is sick. You can’t guess wrong or you will be blown up. Buff needed.
