10/5 EX R +10E Cynthia solos Tornadus' Legendary Arena [Pokémon Masters EX]

Lmao this was done in a single attempt. Also Queen's 10th solo!!!
The most important thing in this solo to avoid letting Tornadus set rain up at all costs. Thankfully both stomping tantrum and slash has fast animations to be able to rush to sync. You also need as many defense crush procs as possible since you want to get out of Bar 1 asap. Only sync after Tornadus sets rain dance to remove it. Getting hurricane misses is very helpful for Cynthia to preserve health
On Bar 2, simply blitz through it with a couple of Earthquakes as it's vulnerable to physical moves.
On Bar 3, avoid getting flinched or confused, as well as don't get burned by the opening heat wave. You want to snap out of confusion as quickly as possible and in that you simply brute force your way until Tornadus falls
Skill gears were used and are 100% needed. Like always, getting sandstorm dr gears makes it a lot easier, but I didn't need them here
