Well actually it was said that managi was being bully at one point because of his obsession and killed the kid that was bullying him and stuffed him in a jar and eventually the kids parents came and stab managi and left him there, wear eventually muzan saw him and gave him some of his blood.

I just collected that Muzan chose people with totally broken psyche and maniacal tendencies. The only exception was Akaza but he made sure to destroy his brains.

There were actually 2 exceptions
Kokushibou and Akaza. Kokushibou became a demon just so he wouldn't die to the Slayer Mark's side effects and to defeat Yoriichi, not kill, but defeat

Akaza was pretty crazy too. The people he killed were pieces of shit but the brutality of what he did was still bad. Im not saying akaza was evil but ue did have a screw loose. You can see his psyche was broken on his face when he met muzan

Not really. Gyokko was abused since a young age because he was kinda retarded (in the real meaning of the word). The nail in the coffin came when his parents died, making his behavior worse… a kid made fun of him one day, so he killed the kid because of that. And that’s when the villagers got angry.

I do indeed enjoy doing odd things such as collecting dead fish, especially when I need to prepare a feast for many guests that night
The main reason why Muzan chose them was because they were easy to manipulate, for example Hantengu was at the brink of execution and Muzan turned him into a demon, the same thing applies to Gyokko, Kokushibo again, Muzan manipulated him in order to kill Yorrichi for him, and to make a good "ally", Akaza lost everything and Muzan again made him to actually join him, while Douma joined for fun 😅

Ok, I couldn't help but to snort laugh when they mentioned him being a weirdo that creeped everyone out and then showed a picture of Souichi's little ass (From the stories of Junji Ito, a well known Japanese artist that makes short horror mangas. Check them out, they're not the type of horror we're used to but that just makes it more intriguing. Most of his work is actually collections of different stories. It's hard to just read one, you get sucked in and end up binging on the entire thing 😂) Souichi is definitely the quintessential creepy kid.

I feel like muzan does things like murderinh parents of a young child then staying close enough to check on the kid to see if he or she turns out to become evil and demented enough so he can turn them into a potential strong lower/upper moon demon. That’s probably why gyokkos parents were found injured and drowned so he can try to create another upper moon since the others he got lucky enough to just stumble upon except the two breath users (kokushibo and the one who trained with zenitzu ) who came to him to become demons.
He has a long ass life span so it makes sense that he just travels around messing with people then watching for awhile to see if they’re suitable enough to be turned to demons and if they are he turns them, leaves, then comes back again after awhile to see if they became strong enough to become candidates for upper/lower moons.
I feel like this is why he killed tanjiros family and turned nezuko into a demon since he probably saw that tanjiro loves his family so it’d be more likely that he asks to serve him and to become a demon to live on forever with his demon sister. Muzan probably also had this plan for awhile now ever since he came across the house they lived in way back and saw tanjiros dad wearing the same earrings as yorichii and thought those were his descendants. So he put a plan in motion then and there but tanjiros father performed the fire dance which gave muzan ptsd. He then decided to patiently wait for the dad to die, seeing he was sick, so he could put his plan in motion of making tanjiro, who at this point muzan thinks is for certain the descendant of the man who almost killed him, one of his strongest demons.
