Hi, I know it's been awhile since this review, but I have one and the red light comes on but there's no sound does that mean the motor is blown or what can I do to fix that
A full batch of ice will make about 6 or 7 cones it takes about 1 minute to crush all the ice you could easily produce over 200 an hour just depends how fast you can reload the ice
Justine Alvarado the machine should come with a blue cup looking gadget that fits over the spinner ontop of the machine you twist it and it should pop out if you need i will make a video explaining this let me knoe

There an older gal down in my neighborhood who has that same style of Snow cone machine she bought for the kids at the school park but her machine is a different color but it's still in the box because she doesn't know how to put it together . I told her about your video presentation and she told to ask you if you could come to her house and put her snow cone machine together and she give you $50 cash. I told her that I can not do that bc I don't know you personally but I'll ask for your contact info or voice mail number but that's all I can do. So if you feel comfortable...can you post your email address so I can forward it to her n then she can contact you directly herself. AL.
It seem to be struggling to spin once I put the ice in I will try smaller peaces but it's like the plastic whisk in side is not spinning once there is ice in there

John Babcock i use it for a rental bussines has probably been rented out about 70 times still works perfect just had to change the blade out ones

How big is the ice you are using if you have big chunks of it sometimes the machine will become jam up. Have you tried replacing the blade?
Also how old is the machine
