I miss my friend toots so much. I told him how much I loved the early version of this 1982 song and he released this one. Search out the original version it's really beautiful as well. I was so thrilled when he played this song and Topanga and pointed to me and said special request. Toots did not have to die from covid-19 . he was going to play the Hollywood Bowl and he just released a new CD. He knew that his time was getting short on this Earth but he also knew that he had more work to do before he was ready to leave. So many family members dependent on him financially and emotionally. What a tragic loss.
