Every new accounts & new applications, Play console takes some time to review your app contents. Which may result in review times of up to 7 days or longer in exceptional cases. So don't wry about this, Just wait & see the results. Your app was successfully published in that play store. All the best.
आज में फिर से गूगल प्ले कंसोल को SBI International Debit Card से खरीदने गया था। और जब 25$ Pay कराने का समय आया तो। में Pay किया और 25$ बैंक से काट गए। और 25$ वापस भी बैंक में आ गए। और Google की तरफ से [Your Order is on hold] का मेल भी मुझे आया था। और कुछ इस तरह का Erorr आया [ Your Card Issuer Declined Your Payment Check Your Card Or Select A Different Payment Method ] ओर में गूगल प्ले कंसोल को नही ख़रीद पाया। तो क्या में फिर से गुगल प्ले कंसोल को खरीदने की कोशिश कर सकता हूँ क्या। कोई दिक्कत तो नही होगी। प्लीज़ मुझे ये बताइये की ऐसा error क्यों आया। 😢😭😭
Hi, Actually your bank is not accepting payment debited without OTP, It's for some security purpose, Don't worry, I'm also facing same like this in 2016, You can change your payment using other bank debit cards. 👍

Yes, But you can contact your bank customer care, they will said same reasons. It's better way to handle this issue, you can change your payment method. Use other bank credit/debit cards.

I already told you, I'm also facing like same issue in 2016, After I'll Change other bank, The payment was successful. There is no use for International transaction option enable, Bcz Your bank is not accept international payments without OTP, User verification. It's a security purpose, Please contact your bank, Or Change other bank VISA/Master card.
