Dude, this is TV over the last 15 years. If it wasn't for HBO, AMC, and Netflix we'd still be in the dark ages where every other show on TV was some reality nonsense.
Honestly, it makes me sad that not many people saw House 3.5: Lost in New Jersey. It came out around Episode 9,862 and Was a really touching addition to the franchise. The spaghetti-marsh-mellow scene gets me every single time
Can we let this ridiculous way of speaking die already? This sketch is so accurate or better yet [some actual reference to interesting commentary] was so accurate that culturally mandatory ignorant posturing, though
Warren Pricefield I get that grammar is important, but you need to relax and remember that language is constantly changing. Today's English is not yesterday's English. There's a reason high school students have a hard time understanding what Shakespeare's characters are saying, just like there's a reason people in America say "color" while people in the U.K. say "colour". You're getting worked up over something you can't hope to stop; the evolution of a language, trying will only frustrate you.
noxabellus I don't think you're referring to grammar. The stupid part is actually the tone. At some colleges, persuasion is being favored over logical arguments. They'll tell you, "It's not whatcha say, but the way dat ya say it." And they'll say it just like that, in their crap nerd clothes, as they desperately try to convince you they're cool. (One guy even posted a pic of himself in a kayak on to his on-line student's 'cos dat soooo kewl.) When you cannot argue logically, you get rubbish like this. The whole deal is to persuade somebody to see your side and feel for you. We're becoming a nation of used car dealers.
Yeah I'm definitely not talking about grammar here. Warren's grammar is fine. And yes I realize that language and culture will inevitably shift over time; saying I'm trying to stop that is absurd. My point is just that there is enough posturing and similar crap in society without our every sentence having to also be a meme, and we should try to steer towards better trends.
I don't know what the big deal is. I mean, we ALL leave comments, and it's like...now the Ultimate Redundantist is making drama. I need to just sit this one out and hope that we can be cool with each other again
The genuine "OHHH" reaction from the audience at 2:46 just illustrates how effective these drummed up drama shows can be, even when literally nothing is at stake
Yeah, these tropes are so built into tv that it’s almost an instinct to gasp everytime that bass drum is hit. I also love them constantly reiterating to the camera that the show is dramatic, instead of just, ya know, actually being dramatic
The fact that all the “The House” snl skits are all pretty much the same thing with minor variations, and yet are all still hilarious shows how entertaining Kyle and beck are.
This is a perfect representation of reality TV shows like big brother and others. Every little thing is always blown way out of proportion just like this
Why's this such a big deal? Asians are a minority in the states and they don't pursue entertainment at the same level of other races. Diversity for diversity sake is pointless
I would seriously watch every episode if this were a real show lol has to be everyone they've used tho, Pine, Hemsworth and Will Ferrell. Such a genius sketch. Kyle Mooney and his boy Beck always come up with the funniest sketches IMO. This and inside SoCal are definitely some of my favorites
The way Chris Pine delivers “you gotta remember, I was just playing my video game!” Is so spot on
Lmao
i go back to this line and listen to it 1 or 2 times a year haha. i think it's one of my favourite delivered comedy lines in all of history
its my favorite part
Chris giving them privacy by just facing the wall HAHAHHA
Shannon Miller
He is on time out
It's also literally a couple of steps away
Blair witching it xD
It's like a sims character 😂
if actors got locked on child film sets what would you do
The only thing that's off is that this wasn't spread out through 9 episodes and 312 commercial breaks with recaps of what happened before they went to commercial.
GummyTumor
So true
🤣🤣
The answer to your question is.....coming up after the break

This skit is goddamn genius I could watch a full length production movie just with this cast and concept
mallaire I disagree. Four minutes is too long. This though, was perfect.
SNL did make a full length movie from this......it was called A Night at the Roxbury lol
mallaire they have another sketch like this with the other chris
mallaire they've done this before and it was cut for time. "Reality House" I think.
mallaire - They've already done this before....
Basically every show on MTV over the last 20 years.
why i stopped watching mtv since 1997
actually fifteen
correct, hence the parody
Dude, this is TV over the last 15 years. If it wasn't for HBO, AMC, and Netflix we'd still be in the dark ages where every other show on TV was some reality nonsense.
You mean every reality TV show on television nowadays.
"you gotta remember, i'm just playing my videogame" is one one of the most perfect line deliveries ever
Kyle and Beck are the BEST.
mallaire you can totally tell they wrote this one :)

There quickly becoming my favorites guys at SNL
They're real life besties
"The House" really went downhill after season 3000
Retro radio did you see the house 2: Trouble in Paradise? That really sucked. Sequels never live up to the original
Are you stupid?! I stopped watching way past season 1,567. Just got so tedious after awhile
Don't even get me started on House 3: In Space. *THAT* sucked.
OMG, you guys are freakin HILARIOUS!!😂🤣😂. I’m laughing to hard to come up with something myself...I can’t focus🤣🤣😂😂
Honestly, it makes me sad that not many people saw House 3.5: Lost in New Jersey. It came out around Episode 9,862 and Was a really touching addition to the franchise. The spaghetti-marsh-mellow scene gets me every single time
Chris Pine facing the wall cracked me up
Bea Kiddo lol after he said he would give them some privacy 😂😂😂
There are cameras lol
Priscilla Jimenez ...and that’s what I used to say back during my reality tv watching days whenever someone used to say that or ask for some, lol.
The accuracy, though.
Can we let this ridiculous way of speaking die already?
This sketch is so accurate
or better yet

that culturally mandatory ignorant posturing, though
noxabellus I am very smart

The Learning Channel!!!
Wait.. I left a comment, but OTHER people left comments below, TOO?
I've GOT to get to the bottom of this.
The Ultimate Reductionist Now I’m REALLY confused. I don’t know who to trust!
What?! Jo P is here too?! But they weren’t here before?! I’ve got to find out what’s going on here!
I guess, we kind of forgot about your comment, man
I don't know what the big deal is. I mean, we ALL leave comments, and it's like...now the Ultimate Redundantist is making drama. I need to just sit this one out and hope that we can be cool with each other again
Ooos. Ultimate reductionist. Got your name wrong. 😂😂😂
The random 4th roommate lmao
Wes Cameron who was he? Lol
Pete Davidson ..
No I think he's from an actual reality show
I'm staying out of this
Axel Will Pete Davidson wasn’t a roommate
Chris Hemsworth☑️
Chris Pine☑️
Now they need to do this skit with Evans and Pratt
And then ALL OF THEM

I would've gone with "Chris Crossed", but that's just me.
i actually thought in the beginning they were gonna intercept an old clip of hemsworth's performance
First rule of margarita night: Never forget about margarita night.

God Likes Porn with Ben the Demon 2nd rule of margarita night don't make pina colatas.
bro are you making money from RUclips commentS?
lol I wish ... that would be tight though. I'm just guy who likes to make people laugh or maybe I'm just bored. ???
They nailed the sound effects 😂
These house episodes are so great...
I laughed so hard when Pine leaves them alone to talk by walking over to a wall and staring at it.
He took 3 steps
two men fighting over Chris pine, literally story of his life 😂
how's that?
you could say they're... pining over him
ImpendingChocolate BOOOO
ImpendingChocolate I don't get it how is this the story of his life?
bEcause he's gay you numbnuts.
“I’m stayin outta this” made this 1000x funnier 😂
WHY???
The genuine "OHHH" reaction from the audience at 2:46 just illustrates how effective these drummed up drama shows can be, even when literally nothing is at stake
Yeah, these tropes are so built into tv that it’s almost an instinct to gasp everytime that bass drum is hit.

Lol shows how ridiculous reality shows are
True. When will they fuckin' go away?
theyre just all fake as fuck :D I cant stand them
It shows how dumb the format of the American shows are.
Ohh, that is a no no Delboy. Only Americans talk about how dumb other Americans are. Go back to your cave, rest of the world guy..
Non Stop True. But it is also RIDICULOUS that you can't spell RIDICULOUS
Random Asian guy 😂
Anthony C I died at that!!! 😂😂😂😂
Anthony C Who was that?
He was on the REAL House show.
So nobody then
Amse Master lmaoo
*”I think you guys need some privacy” then goes and faces the wall* 😂😂
Chris Pine aged like fine wine daaamn
Chris Pine really killed it. All his skits were funny 👌
"Welcome to my awkward life ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ " LMAO!
Thats the only part i didnt get
“I’m listening people.” That was some fine ass delivery.
Kyle's weird shoulder push thing at the end is super underrated 😁
The little nuances
I looked for this comment 😎

"I'm staying out of this." That's me when my friends fighting over something that they don't even ask to involve me.
Lmao
But this is so accurate
Done so well..very good ptake..over dramatised reality..but if that's what floats your boat good for u..luv the music
I think its hilarious how they say “we need to talk.” Mid conversation
Hey SNL, put Kyle Mooney in every skit.
The music and sound effects with the reversals and pauses - freaking on point.
Yes! Please more beck and Kyle SNL.
Phenomenal skit. Chris brought an entirely different energy and really made the scene.
oof the "yeah so THIS is my life.." after something very easy resolved happens is so accurate to E! shows
Kyles so good at acting “badly” and doing reality tv skits
I've seen this video so many times but only just noticed Chris moving his neck in disappointment and joy while he's facing the wall😂😂
OMG spot on! Exaggerated pauses and that dramatic music! 😂😂😂😂
"I'm staying out of this"
The random guy "I'm staying out of this" lmao 😂
Its sad how accurate this is. Reality TV in a nutshell.
That's why I never Watch it LOL.
Me neither. I check in every once in awhile to remind myself if it is exactly what I think it is.
I really hope SNL does more of these House segments! This was absolutely hysterical!
The House is my favorite reality television show ever. I wish they would show more episodes. :)
I love the shot of the blender, “there’s extra left in the blender.”
This is sooooo accurate. It really shows how reality TV is stupid
We just gonna ignore the random Asian dude? 😂😂😂😂
I really enjoy how wholesome these skits are.
Season 6...thousand😂
LOL! I know that was funny.
These guys really need to do more of these. I would absolutely watch.
The cut to the blender is great.
The music is so spot on!
Look at Chris in the background when Beck said “no”😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
"Yep. This is my life."
YES I'm so glad they made another one of these. One of my favorite sketches. Ladies and gentlemen may I introduce to you: Drama" 😂
I rewatched the first one with Hemsworth, and their sketchs are getting better and better
The fact that all the “The House” snl skits are all pretty much the same thing with minor variations, and yet are all still hilarious shows how entertaining Kyle and beck are.
Such an excellent, subtle satire - making GIANT issues out of bullshit nothings, exactly like the show.
"I'm stayin' out of this" lol
Easily my favourite recent SNL sketch. We guys need more of these, to relate to.
I love how Chris wanders into the background and just stands there while the other two "have a chat"
The house is such a good series of sketches
“Ladies and gentlemen let me introduce to you: Drama”😂 I say this all the time now haha
This is a perfect representation of reality TV shows like big brother and others. Every little thing is always blown way out of proportion just like this
Damn, Chris Prine is looking damn fine with the salt n' pepper look
I knew it
“I’m staying out of this” I’m dying
this reminds me of kyle's video "roomies" which is a good thing
Same here I think it's because the music change from happy to sad,
Roomies is my all time favourite RUclips video lol
I got so hooked in to this for no reason😂😂
Totally nailed this one in every way. BRAVO!
beck Bennet is one of the main reasons why SNL is so funny.Along with Kate of course
These “The House” videos are the BEST!!
They should bring this back
The MUSIC. The CUTAWAYS. It’s PERFECT.
It's so good, they even did the intelligence-insulting overhead view of the blender lol
more of this please. Beck and Kyle are the best
I'm crying at how funny this is
So hilarious, Kyle and Beck should actually make a show out of this. I'd watch it in a heartbeat.
Chris Pratt is so funny
"I think you need some privacy" *stays in the corner*
Wasn't that Hemsworth?
JKL Nah its Evans
Jordon Corbin it is actually Chris Pine.
Thought that was Chris Farley
I cannot stress how much I need an actual show of “the house”
" And now that I've seen that YOU made pina coladas, I think that WE need to have a little Chit Chat".😂
SOOOOOO Good by all! Absolutely NAILED it!!
MORE KYLE MORE KYLE MORE KYLE
Alec Schroeder 👏🏼👏🏼
Fucking hilarious. Kyle Mooney's a champ
Best. Skit. Ever.
Love Kyle 😂
Miss ❤those guys. Subtle humor. Good stuff. 😅
"I think you guys need some privacy"
*Walks literally 4 feet away and stares at the wall* hahaha
Me when my Mom gets a package around Christmas and won’t tell me what it is: 1:45
Probably the first time SNL has ever had two Asian people with speaking roles in the same episode.
Why's this such a big deal? Asians are a minority in the states and they don't pursue entertainment at the same level of other races. Diversity for diversity sake is pointless
@@stefs7141all asian become doctor
@@stefs7141 why is this argument always coming from white people ?
I love it at the end with all the shoulder shaking.
SNL should make more of these skits too hilarious 😆
Nice to see im not the only one who sees these shows like this.
6 seasons of jersey shore defined in 2 minutes
"You gotta remember, I'm just playing my video game" 😁😅🤣
I would seriously watch every episode if this were a real show lol has to be everyone they've used tho, Pine, Hemsworth and Will Ferrell. Such a genius sketch. Kyle Mooney and his boy Beck always come up with the funniest sketches IMO. This and inside SoCal are definitely some of my favorites
Yep. I love it.
Lmao he just turned around bahahah
These two are so funny. I love what they do now and pre snl.
I love these house skits 😁😁
