  • As Arizona considers throwing out a Civil War-era law, Florida begins enforcing a ban on most abortions after the sixth week of pregnancy.
It's been one year since Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis signed the bill ending abortion after six weeks. Legal challenges put the law on hold, but the state Supreme Court ruled on April 1st to tighten the state's abortion restrictions from 15 weeks down to just six.
In November, Floridians will vote on a constitutional amendment that would allow abortions up to fetal viability, which is typically around 24 weeks.

Its a terrible time to be a woman of childbearing age. Time to stock up on morning after pill...so you lessen your chance of unwanted pregnancy, and take immediately if any doubts. I also say stick with your "plastic boyfriend"...the real one can go without.

30% of stillbirths and miscarriages are natural. As in "God did that." That means women who wanted to have their baby, and prepared to have a baby, had already purchased the babies bedroom and clothes, those women lost their babies. Are you calling God a murderer?

Bullhonky ... at the latest 4 weeks, a woman can take a test. She's missed her cycle. She knows! If not, she's playing ignorant or has super irregular cycles. In any case, there's signs before 4 weeks. I fairly sure, moments after I got pregnant. I was absolutely sure after 2 days!! Waited the customary 2 wks ... boom... both times. Your words make you APPEAR to have the brains of a maggot to believe the way that you do involving the effects of pregnancy on women. For pregnancy is one of those health conditions that AFFECTS each woman or young lady DIFFERENTLY, meaning that no 2 women have the exact same experience with pregnancy. Keep in mind that just because you had the experience that you had with your pregnancy, it very clearly does not mean that all women will have the exact same experience either.

That's great for you, but a lot of women have irregular cycles (about 1/4 of my relatives, for example). That's not a rare thing. Pretending like all women can know at four weeks is ridiculous. My wife didn't know at four weeks for either of her pregnancies and she had regular cycles.
