It's what you call an OPEN ENDING. We see Woo Ri letting go on Won Young to find herself. Only to find herself at the same place where she and won young fell in love. Then the quote at the end with both Won Young and Woo Ri talking "it will always be spring when we are together" although the ending is open..I think that's a hint the director gave the viewers that Won Young and Woo Ri will get back together. Despite the fights, breaking up, hating each other, and missing each other. Their love was still apparent..you can tell in their ending scenes.
The series showed their reasons why they broke up and them dealing with the consequences of breaking up. Both of them realized what they lost and what was important to them. After the break up, Woo Ri lost a sense of who she really is, she thought if she moved on and got a nice job everything would be fine. But that's not what she truly wanted, she doesn't know what her dreams are. That's why she went on her own, to find herself again, to find that bright and determine Woo Ri. As for Won Young, he realized how precious Woo Ri is to him and how he really needed to find what's more important to him than just having pride. He finally fought for his band and while he was a little to late to fight for Woo Ri, he still waits for her and calls her despite Woo Ri not responding back to him. Won Young went back to who he was, but as a mature Won Young.
It would of been better if they showed a scene of the present Won Young and Woo Ri meeting again, but hey...maybe they'll be a special episode or part 2? You never know. But I'd like to think that Won Young and Woo Ri eventually gets back together. ❤️

Woori and Wonyoung say at the ending of episode 10, " As it always has been and always will be, lovers will repeat the same mistakes by fighting, breaking up, hating, and missing each other. Its always spring as long as we are together". So that is their message, if you love each other no matter how hard, as long as you stick it out together it will always be spring, it will be ok. Although this footage is part of what Wonyoung watched earlier, I believe the directors are letting us know they did get back together again.
I think the open ending was fantastic actually. It leaves us to imagine our very own ending. I think they did restart their relationship. Hopefully if the webtoon does end soon then YG will give us a treat by having season 2 but for now, I'm happy with this ending as it is very realistic to how love is like in reality.

Yes. It's the epilogue because it's trying to tell us that what happened at the end of episode 10 was just a flashback. We aren't sure if they are back together. All we know is woori left Wonyoung and didn't go to his concert.
It's been years since I have watched this, but watching it now still give me the feels. Yoony and Dara's chemistry is no joke! It's really there! It makes my heart flutter. Gosssh! Even now! Yoony is so natural at acting, and that POV from Dara at the beginning of the video is just so ♥♥♥. Gahhhd! Yoony has a lot of potential in acting. IMO, he can be bigger than he is now if he gets cast in a good drama. This webtoon gives me Hana Yori Dango feels in some way. I cant explain it. I just love the chemistry between the two leads. Dara is doing well now with her MC'ing and acting. I hope to see Yoony do more acting in dramas! ♥♥♥♥

I know dara can sing but I was just amazed how beautiful her voice on this drama. Very soothing and I can feel all her emotions just by listening to it. KSY is just so talented. No suprised on that. Love their duet. Can YG pls release this ost. Pls pls pls. Its gonna be waste if you wont release it. This ost is daebak. All the songs but this is my favorite. Or perhaps a dara solo or duet with KSY again. Best webdrama Ive ever watched.

UGH I'm crying. Sometimes real love doesn't mean you'll get back together but I admit that a part of me wished they did but the series was left with an open-ending and it seemed to symbolize more of a forgiveness and understanding vibe as well as maturity. They both have to focus on themselves and self-reflect on what they want in their life whether it be love, a career or both. This is REAL.

i thought this was going to be atleast 20 episodes since the videos were kinda short. i was just starting to really get into the drama ugh i kinda felt disappointed that it ended to soon... but on the other hand i really love their chemistry. i hope there would be a season two of this or another drama starring again the both of them. i've seen Seungyoon in one of the Winner TV episode where they talked to Big Bang and i didn't really noticed him that much, but he shines in this drama. he looks so handsome!

I really like that they didn't go with the Hollywood ending of getting back together and is instead an open ending (I'd say, it's more like they didn't got back together and they both are reminiscing of their time together) it was a good story.

Seriously I was just Smiling :) the whole time watching throughout this epilogue video. They are so cute and adorable and Ohmygoddess Dara is so beautiful here. It's amazing how it logically ended. If they were to get back together then it's not reality anymore. That's why it is entitle We Broke Up because they broke up. Nothing more nothing less even though they didn't ended up together but they learn what love really is. They gave us so much lesson especially in every situational relationship problem nowadays. :)

It has an ending that suits everyone...to the optimist, a reconciliation is expected with Wonyoung crying his heart out in the room and with Woori coming to terms with her own past of being one who still believes in love though it might be difficult and be more understanding of Wonyoung's youthful aggression. To the realist, the two go their separate ways, Woori, finding a man her age or older with Wonyoung finding joy in his music until he gets to simmer down and be more mature and eventually find love in time.
