I like it for the most part. One issue, I get that this setup is built for you to relax outside on the patios, but I would want some interior seating for those rainy days. I would make the kitchen a small kitchenette and add a small couch/loveseat between the bed and kitchenette. I would have a nice grill or outdoor kitchen to cook most of the time!
