I also ordered something else from them that you guys will see in the next part of series that took almost two months to arrive. 🤦🏻♀️ So stay on top of it call and check in on the status of your items, hang in there love you’ll EVENTUALLY have all of your stuff and I’m sure it will look beautiful. 💗💗💗

I was putting mine together today! Does the top three drawers just sit on the bottom drawers? My top keeps sliding back and fourth if I lean a little pressure on it! I’m nervous one day it could slip right off the bottom drawers

Yeah my box finally came Friday and was beat up. All the foam in the box was broken up and all over and the pieces were all over and not secured down, I'm so bummed. It made a mess in my house with all the foam. And some of the boards are scratched and has marks and scuffs on them. It sucks because now I can't even put it together. Until I get new boards. The money I paid for it I feel like I deserve boards that are perfect
Did you have to pay for shipping insurance in order to get it replaced for the damaged box or did impressions just send you a new box when you told them it was damaged?

The vanity is absolutely beautiful all of their products are. If you’re asking in regards to the quality of the products yes I do recommend them. The issue I continue to have with them is the struggle I go through with getting my items delivered on a timely manner. (And the right items; because they always send something wrong lol) I ordered lightbulbs two months ago and I’m still waiting for them. Their customer service is terrible.

I tried to for damages as much as possible but the box with the two drawers has a white board on top as soon as you open it. Do I have to use that board for the drawers or is it just there for protection?
