Thank you for this video. I've recently gone through the same experience with "stuck" trigger thumb for 8 miserable months. I also read Dr. John Ellis' article and ordered the P-5-P (same brand as yours--I recognize the bottle--but ordered mine from Puritan's Pride). I took 2 per day. I also took Turmeric for inflammation and used a thumb splint when sleeping. After only one week, I was surprised when one day I could suddenly flex my thumb normally! At the 3 week point the trigger thumb was totally healed; I'm 6 weeks in and continuing to take the P-5-P for a while just to make sure my B6 deficiency is solved.
I'm telling everyone I know about this natural remedy; and thank you for taking the time to make this video to help others.

Thanks for the information presently I have trigger finger on my right hand, the finger next to my little finger, I think I will try your process, I also had it before but on my left hand on my ring finger, I first had an injection, and in six months time it re-appeared, so I had surgery, which was successful. As you said it was very costly, and presently that money could do lots for me, so thanks again for the info, I will definitely try it. God bless.

I really appreciate the time taken to post this video on trigger finger. I have just recently began feeling the pain in my thumb when waking up n the morning. This has been going on for approximately 5 weeks now. It is very stiff and doesn't want to bend without helping in along. The first few clicks are painful, however once I get it moving its good for the day at work. I find it begins getting stiff in the evening before bed.
I have just viewed the video and will go out to purchase the P5P tomorrow and begin taking it. Thumbs up here !

Thank you for making this video! I've been suffering from trigger finger very badly for over a year now in BOTH hands (ring finger in each hand) and although I do splint them each it hasn't helped. I have pain everyday. I had read about the P5P but wasn't sure about the potential side effects. I will definitely give this a try now. I'm so happy this worked for you. Again thanks for sharing this. I have tried researching this issue and as you stated there isn't a lot of information out there so this helps a great deal.

Hello Simple Man. Did your trigger finger lock in the open position and closed position? Mine is locked open in the morning or closed depending on how I sleep. It's painful either way to get it moving but I prefer the open position. I went to a Surgeons assistant for consultation and they didn't say much when I mentioned that. I tried the P5P and it wrenches my gut so I don't think it's an option for me. It seems like everywhere I look on line people can close their finger without a problem and only have the trigger when they try to open. Was that the case for you. Thanks

    • @SimpleManChannel
      @SimpleManChannel  5 лет назад

Mine actually got stuck in the open position too. The open position was less painful to get moving. Sorry to hear the P5P won’t work for you

This REALLY works! I was scheduled for surgery on December 22nd, and after watching this video I went to the Vitamin Shoppe and picked up this medication to see if I could heal my trigger finger naturally. I've taken about half bottle it came with 60 pills for about $9. I cancelled the surgery and went on a vacation because I could open my hand and close it without any problems. I didn't do any soaking or anyting of my hand as was brought out in your video all I did was take the pills and exercise my hand and people at work are amazed because it will bring tears to my eyes having to force my hand open. Thank you so very much ch!

    Hi,
    thanks for posting this video.
I am Brazilian and would like to comment a little about our problem.
I had almost the same experience you had too.
    I'm 56 years old and I am a luthier, I build doublebasses and I'm also a musician.
I had my first problem with triggered finger long ago and also had surgery on the middle finger of my right hand.
After a few years I had the same problem with the index finger of the left hand. I had already scheduled a surgery when I met a guy named Pang here in Sao Paulo. This guy was a Brazilian descendant of Japanese who had studied many healing techniques in China and Japan. He did not even have a name to call his technique.
The fact is that I looked for him, we became friends and he said he could cure me of the problem of the triggered finger.
Along with his students he put my spine in place and time went by.
I knew that just working the vertebrae would not be enough treatment for my problem until one day I took a friend who worked with me in my atelier because he had back pain.
As Pang's students massaged and put his spine in place, Pang told me, "Let me look at your hand." He put his arm on mine, held my hand, and with a very fast and strong movement, did his magic.
We heard a noise that I did not even think was possible to leave my body.
It was very fast. When I realized and listened to the noise he had already released my hand.
After that he told me that I would not be able to play for a few days.
The recovery tooks the same time as the previous recovery after surgery. He literally took the problem of the triggered finger out of my hand with his own hands. Without taking any kind of medicine, without spending anything beyond R$ 100, which at the time was the equivalent of US$ 250.
The sad part of the story is that he died a few years ago and I never met anyone like him again. I have incredible stories to tell about what he did to several friends and relatives I took there.
Now, many years ago, I'm having a triggered finger problem again, on a finger that has never had a problem and I'm looking for ways to heal without surgery.
That's why I found your video and I'm going to follow your advice.
I'm going to NY next month and I'm going to buy the P-5-P.
Take care and thanks for the tips.

Thank you so much for doing this video. I have been using the P5P for about three weeks and my pain is gone. Taking the vitamins is all I have done this time. About a year ago I got cortisone shots in my hand, but the triggering and pain came back after about 8 or 9 months. My husband found your video and because I didn’t want to get more shots in my hand I decided to try the vitamins. It is amazing how well it works. I still can’t close my hand all the way, but I will continue taking the vitamins and I feel sure my hand will continue to heal. I will update this post when the healing is complete.

Your truly a simple man, loved your video and the comments, the way you spoke and gave your history back ground of your trigger figure problem was very honest. Your honesty was my favorite part of the video.
I have had many problems with trigger finger sense mid 2016, I spent 8 week at the VA ortho, they did all kinds of exercise programs with me, from heat pad treatments and ultrasound and finger exercise.
I had several cortisone shots, the ones that were in my finger, the trigger went away, but my both thumb never went away, but have gotten worse, even have 2-3 cortisone shots in both thumbs.
We arrived in the Philippines to our home in March 2017, the pain has gotten worse and I'm not able to bend either thumb.
My wife also has finger problems, so we are thinking to come back to the States early (maybe Feb), to check into the VA for surgery, but if I can get this medicine that your talking about, I will try that before leaving the Philippines, I hope it works.
Thanks so much for sharing your experience, simple man, I believe it will work for me.

Great video! Was told by my Neurologist he didn't think a person could really overdose on B6 because it is made by healthy gut bacteria (B vitamins are typically used by the body to heal at night) and the active form is used to turn glutamate (primary excitatory neurotransmitter) into GABA (our primary calming neurotransmitter) diabetics are sometimes allergic to B6 though...

Just would like to say thank you again and share an update!!
So it was about a year since I first saw your video (had trigger in my right pinky)though the process felt it took forever at about 6-8 months my finger was my own again.
I maintain a pill every other day and/or before I do any extreme things with my hands like gardening or putting furniture together. It’s quite shocking how fast a dr.wants to do a surgery. I know for others results may vary but this did the trick for me. I’m a tv/ film editor and work in front of a computer for long periods of time, the P5P also eliminated a general act J was having in my hands, everyone was saying it was carpal tunnel and to live with it. Well thanks to you I realize that was not the case and related to my issue.
I forward your video to all colleagues with hand issues.
    Thanks again!!!

This is working for me. My finger was so locked in a bent position and now it is slowly relaxing after barely a week. I started taking one pill and then I took 2 a day. Now I am going back to 1 a day. So do it how you feel. I actually feel the tingling in my hands where the inflammation is. This helps inflammation anywhere in your body. I have trigger finger in both hands and arthritis also. So this is a Godsend seriously. This coming from a very cautious person who researches everything before I use it. This is the biggest thank you. I am supposed to go for consultation for surgery tomorrow, but I am going to cancel for now. 🙏🏾💖

I’m trying… I’m a little confused that it seems to be helping after only a couple days😳 I’m happy to continue with the P5P (I bought the Now brand as well because I have taken this brand before and it is one that I trusted already). Thank you for sharing so much information. Sending a bottle to my mom and mother-in-law to try as well. I’ve been putting wintergreen and lavender essential oil and rubbing it in w a carrier oil as well. Sometimes I put that on and put heat with it. But, I’ve tried essential oils before and they didn’t help much - I think it’s the P5P.

hello your in luck I watch so many how to videos and never comment. So why now and why you? I don't know, perhaps the power of Christ compels me. wink. Seriously My husband has been living with trigger finger for a very long time now. I don't know how he does it considering his job and how painful I here it is. I should take a picture of his and post it to show how bad it has really gotten. I decided to start looking into gua shua massage scrapping to see if it would help. I never would have consider a vitamin deficiency being a factor. That is the first I heard of that. Thank you for the info and taking the time to share your story.

Two weeks ago, my left thumb just seized and started locking in place. I was so scared, wondering what the hell is this???? A nurse friend told me it was "trigger finger", and so I've begun to look for cures that don't involve surgery as I'm on Medicaid. Thanks so much, and I will try the P-5-P. I am a fan of Now brand, for their quality and price. Thank you.

Thank you ! I will take B6 religiously ,do exercises and be more cautious about working so hard with my hands next time now that I've had it 3 times in 6 years. This last time was the worst, I thought I might have to have surgery to release it.This video can save you the misery of losing your jobs and being out of work a long time. Surgery for trigger finger is costly and it usually requires having shots plus physical therapy. God bless you all!

6/18/2024. Trigger finger re-visited. Same. It's essentially cured. Since this was a homeopathic solution, I wasn't sure if the "cure" would hold. But the finger is still good. I can move it ok without it getting "caught."

RUclips has helped so much and saved much money on past problems. One solution actually saved me over $800. In today's society pills or surgery is today's norm. Pill for this or surgery for that. Gods' natural solutions have been rejected for financial gain. You are a very down to earth person enjoyable to watch. Excellent video. Thanks for sharing! Will start P-5-P today and post weekly results. Thanks again.

Thank you for searching out a natural remedy for Trigger finger. I have had one for about 4-5 months now & was looking for a solution when I came across your video. I'm going to try you're advice & see if it helps. And yes, urine is always bright yellow with most B vitamins because they are water soluble they don't stay in the body, that's why you need the magnesium for absorption. Appreciate you putting this video out for the public.

01/06/23. My trigger finger re-visited: I don't have it anymore. My right ring finger is stiffer than the other fingers, but for months it has no longer "caught" or caused me pain. I have not worn a finger splint for 8 or 9 months. I can type, I can use a hammer, I can hold my toothbrush, all with my right hand. I no longer use the hotwater part of Simple Man's suggestion, but I still use the P-5-P Supplements, at least 2 a day. Coincidental improvement? Who knows. But it has worked for me.

Thank you so much for the great video! I have trigger thumb. I intuitively know that I can heal this naturally. I will talk with my doctor about B6 and what dose for me. I have been procrastinating searching for natural healing tips, but today I searched for "I healed trigger finger naturally" and there you were/are! Thank you!!! The more people who learn to heal naturally, the stronger our nation will be! To me surgery is usually the very last resort and in my view often oversold for reasons including ignorance and greed on the medical community's part and on the client's part a desire for the easy way, but surgery is actually not often the easy way at all, as you mentioned the costs, the rehab and also I will add the risks of medical mistakes. Many thanks!

I have used P5P for about seven months. My triggering has gone down about 95% in recent months. The only time it really triggers is very briefly in the morning and sometimes when I put my hand in hot water. In your video, you mentioned you stopped taking P5P for a couple of months without any trigger and then stopped.
Can you give us an update on that, indicating how many months it has been that you have not taken P5P, all without any triggering? I'm sure everyone would like to know that to give them assurances, based upon your personal experience, that they really don't need to be concerned that they need to take P5P forever. Thanks.

I have used for over a year a comfrey-based liniment, Catskills Comfrey, to reduce the intensity, duration and frequency of the 'locking' events. But the comfrey does not cure the actual underlying problem - and some locking appears to be too 'strong' for the comfrey. Solgars 5P5 contains magnesium so am going to try this treatment. I noticed in showering in the morning that hot water on my hand feels 'better' - am going to try a heating pad at night and leave my hand on it, along with the comfrey. And start with the 5P5 ....hmmm, will pass on the splint for this try. Thanks for putting out this video.

I had trigger finger on my left hand, the ring finger, a few years ago. I had the op and it fixed it, mostly, cos at times it locks, but with no pain. Now I have the same thing on my right hand, ring finger again. I was thinking of having another op being done, but with Covid 19 still on the go I do not want to have to go for any surgery for now. I happened upon your video and I am going to try what you have suggested. It sounds far better than surgery and is worth a try. I also have a hard lump in the middle of my right hand which may be linked to the trigger finger, from what you said here. So here goes, I will try all that you suggest. Thank you very much!

How long do you keep the bandaid on? With washing our hands so often, it will not stay on the finger well
