Thank you for posting this video. I got a trigger finger and the doctor at the hospital said the only option is surgery. I was determined to prove him wrong and even more so after watching your post. Thank you for sharing your story.
Thank you so much for doing this video. I have been using the P5P for about three weeks and my pain is gone. Taking the vitamins is all I have done this time. About a year ago I got cortisone shots in my hand, but the triggering and pain came back after about 8 or 9 months. My husband found your video and because I didn’t want to get more shots in my hand I decided to try the vitamins. It is amazing how well it works. I still can’t close my hand all the way, but I will continue taking the vitamins and I feel sure my hand will continue to heal. I will update this post when the healing is complete.
Thank you for this video. I've recently gone through the same experience with "stuck" trigger thumb for 8 miserable months. I also read Dr. John Ellis' article and ordered the P-5-P (same brand as yours--I recognize the bottle--but ordered mine from Puritan's Pride). I took 2 per day. I also took Turmeric for inflammation and used a thumb splint when sleeping. After only one week, I was surprised when one day I could suddenly flex my thumb normally! At the 3 week point the trigger thumb was totally healed; I'm 6 weeks in and continuing to take the P-5-P for a while just to make sure my B6 deficiency is solved. I'm telling everyone I know about this natural remedy; and thank you for taking the time to make this video to help others.
LauriesOriginals That's awesome thanks for letting me and everyone else know your experience. It's been great hearing other people find relief with this method. Thanks again!
Thanks for the information presently I have trigger finger on my right hand, the finger next to my little finger, I think I will try your process, I also had it before but on my left hand on my ring finger, I first had an injection, and in six months time it re-appeared, so I had surgery, which was successful. As you said it was very costly, and presently that money could do lots for me, so thanks again for the info, I will definitely try it. God bless.
This REALLY works! I was scheduled for surgery on December 22nd, and after watching this video I went to the Vitamin Shoppe and picked up this medication to see if I could heal my trigger finger naturally. I've taken about half bottle it came with 60 pills for about $9. I cancelled the surgery and went on a vacation because I could open my hand and close it without any problems. I didn't do any soaking or anyting of my hand as was brought out in your video all I did was take the pills and exercise my hand and people at work are amazed because it will bring tears to my eyes having to force my hand open. Thank you so very much ch!
@@sandsrealestatewest663 This "Simple Man" have video told everyone, natural heal is not the long term plan . see the link "www.healingtriggerfinger.com/trigger-finger-surgery/" So, I believe the symptpms will come back
Hi, thanks for posting this video. I am Brazilian and would like to comment a little about our problem. I had almost the same experience you had too. I'm 56 years old and I am a luthier, I build doublebasses and I'm also a musician. I had my first problem with triggered finger long ago and also had surgery on the middle finger of my right hand. After a few years I had the same problem with the index finger of the left hand. I had already scheduled a surgery when I met a guy named Pang here in Sao Paulo. This guy was a Brazilian descendant of Japanese who had studied many healing techniques in China and Japan. He did not even have a name to call his technique. The fact is that I looked for him, we became friends and he said he could cure me of the problem of the triggered finger. Along with his students he put my spine in place and time went by. I knew that just working the vertebrae would not be enough treatment for my problem until one day I took a friend who worked with me in my atelier because he had back pain. As Pang's students massaged and put his spine in place, Pang told me, "Let me look at your hand." He put his arm on mine, held my hand, and with a very fast and strong movement, did his magic. We heard a noise that I did not even think was possible to leave my body. It was very fast. When I realized and listened to the noise he had already released my hand. After that he told me that I would not be able to play for a few days. The recovery tooks the same time as the previous recovery after surgery. He literally took the problem of the triggered finger out of my hand with his own hands. Without taking any kind of medicine, without spending anything beyond R$ 100, which at the time was the equivalent of US$ 250. The sad part of the story is that he died a few years ago and I never met anyone like him again. I have incredible stories to tell about what he did to several friends and relatives I took there. Now, many years ago, I'm having a triggered finger problem again, on a finger that has never had a problem and I'm looking for ways to heal without surgery. That's why I found your video and I'm going to follow your advice. I'm going to NY next month and I'm going to buy the P-5-P. Take care and thanks for the tips.
Pimentabilis Anus Outrem Rephrescorum Est Awesome story, thank you for sharing. I'm sorry to hear about your friend. I hope this can help you! Thanks again!
Something I have found prevents morning problems is wearing your warmest gloves to bed. That both prevents your hand from clenching and keeps the hand warm.
Thank you so much for the great video! I have trigger thumb. I intuitively know that I can heal this naturally. I will talk with my doctor about B6 and what dose for me. I have been procrastinating searching for natural healing tips, but today I searched for "I healed trigger finger naturally" and there you were/are! Thank you!!! The more people who learn to heal naturally, the stronger our nation will be! To me surgery is usually the very last resort and in my view often oversold for reasons including ignorance and greed on the medical community's part and on the client's part a desire for the easy way, but surgery is actually not often the easy way at all, as you mentioned the costs, the rehab and also I will add the risks of medical mistakes. Many thanks!
Just would like to say thank you again and share an update!! So it was about a year since I first saw your video (had trigger in my right pinky)though the process felt it took forever at about 6-8 months my finger was my own again. I maintain a pill every other day and/or before I do any extreme things with my hands like gardening or putting furniture together. It’s quite shocking how fast a dr.wants to do a surgery. I know for others results may vary but this did the trick for me. I’m a tv/ film editor and work in front of a computer for long periods of time, the P5P also eliminated a general act J was having in my hands, everyone was saying it was carpal tunnel and to live with it. Well thanks to you I realize that was not the case and related to my issue. I forward your video to all colleagues with hand issues. Thanks again!!!
I am so grateful I stumbled across this video. I've had trigger finger in my right index finger for 3 months and no doctor has given me any hope that it can be improved by anything other than surgery. I'm going to try your suggestions right away and will report back. Thanks so much!
Thank you so much for taking the time to help out fellow sufferers. I've had pain at the base of my thumb for years, but over the past three weeks I've noticed a snapping sensation when I bend my thumb. I have already used your band aid trick to immobilise the thumb and already I feel less anxious about further injury when I am out and about. Genius idea! I am going to start the vitamin B supplement ( I have a vitamin B complex formulation). I'll let you know how it goes as it's only day 1! I see you have a dedicated web page, so I'll check that out also. Take care, and thank you again.
Thank you ! I will take B6 religiously ,do exercises and be more cautious about working so hard with my hands next time now that I've had it 3 times in 6 years. This last time was the worst, I thought I might have to have surgery to release it.This video can save you the misery of losing your jobs and being out of work a long time. Surgery for trigger finger is costly and it usually requires having shots plus physical therapy. God bless you all!
Hi, I'm 1 month into your recommendations and already have a 65% relief. I did add some "cupping" by a licensed Massage therapist which is massage only pulling outward on the cartilage instead of inward. Great relief with the P5P and no side affects either. Thank you so much for this video! Claudia Engel
I tried your suggestions several months ago and it worked for me. Now I have trigger thumb in my other hand so I just reviewed the video to use again! Thank you!
I was doubled over in pain when my trigger finger locked. My sister found your video and had me put my hand in hot water. I massaged it fingertip to base and after about 10 minutes, I was able to straighten it. I grabbed my brace right away. It allows a little bend and flexibility while supporting the finger--almost like your band-aid trick. I'm on Amazon now to order the P5P--Thank you SO much for your willingness to share.
Your truly a simple man, loved your video and the comments, the way you spoke and gave your history back ground of your trigger figure problem was very honest. Your honesty was my favorite part of the video. I have had many problems with trigger finger sense mid 2016, I spent 8 week at the VA ortho, they did all kinds of exercise programs with me, from heat pad treatments and ultrasound and finger exercise. I had several cortisone shots, the ones that were in my finger, the trigger went away, but my both thumb never went away, but have gotten worse, even have 2-3 cortisone shots in both thumbs. We arrived in the Philippines to our home in March 2017, the pain has gotten worse and I'm not able to bend either thumb. My wife also has finger problems, so we are thinking to come back to the States early (maybe Feb), to check into the VA for surgery, but if I can get this medicine that your talking about, I will try that before leaving the Philippines, I hope it works. Thanks so much for sharing your experience, simple man, I believe it will work for me.
I believe I have found some here (P-5-P) in the Philippines, same brand as your's. I hope to remember to report back to you if I go through the treatment. My sister will send me three bottles of more if I need her to. I have looked at other video treatments on trigger finger healing and saw some easy things to do, on top of the P-5-P treatment Thanks Simple man.
Hey man! just stopping here after like, a year, to report that I watched your video when my trigger finger had just started to happen. It was causing me a lot of pain and discomfort especially during mornings. Took your advice, especially the splint + supplement and after a month it was completely cured. You're a life savior and I thank you for that! Cheers!
I half-heartedly tried the P5P for one month and obviously it didn't work. Now my trigger finger on my left hand is killing me and the middle finger on my right hand is starting to act up. After watching your video I'm starting the full six month protocol of P5P today. Thanks, Joe
This is working for me. My finger was so locked in a bent position and now it is slowly relaxing after barely a week. I started taking one pill and then I took 2 a day. Now I am going back to 1 a day. So do it how you feel. I actually feel the tingling in my hands where the inflammation is. This helps inflammation anywhere in your body. I have trigger finger in both hands and arthritis also. So this is a Godsend seriously. This coming from a very cautious person who researches everything before I use it. This is the biggest thank you. I am supposed to go for consultation for surgery tomorrow, but I am going to cancel for now. 🙏🏾💖
Wonderful that you are sharing this valuable info -- thanks so much for posting. For people in a hurry who can't do the 12.75 minutes, I would suggest starting at 3:55 minutes, that way they can get the info quickly and then it's more like a 8.75 minute video. Just a helpful hint to those who want to cut to the chase! Thanks again, I'm going to start taking your suggestions one at a time.
Thank you so much for posting this! I had surgery about 10 years ago on my right thumb (dominant hand). Never had problems with it since. For about the past 6 weeks, my other thumb has been triggering. Not wanting to go through the cortisone shots/surgery route again, I have been looking into alternative treatments. I actually had an appointment today for dry needling, but the pain aspect had me cancel the appointment. I stumbled upon your video looking for home remedies. I am going to start this process asap. I will let you know how it goes!
Diane L Great, I hope it helps! Others have told me that they tried this right after they started having issues and within a couple weeks they noticed a big difference. Hopefully since yours just started it wont take too long.
Thanks so much for your sincerely shared ideas for healing this condition. I'm going to try this. You have given me hope and some great ideas. I look forward to trying them!
Hi! I developed a trigger thumb about 2 mos ago and like you, the exercises I found from the other docs on youtube haven't helped me at all. So I searched for "trigger finger fixed" and your video came up. I have watched it a couple times now and read a lot of the comments. I was so encouraged from the positive comments and your video I bought the P5P. Actually, I already had a Magnesium supplement with low dose regular B6, so I figured I'd try it. I took one capsule of it last night before bed and this morning the swelling and pain are considerably lessened. I'm very hopeful. I will still do all the things you suggest in your video - hot water soaks and the splint and P5P since it's safer than regular B6. I bought a plastic finger splint from Amazon a while ago that looks kind of like a figure 8 ring. That splint allows me to bend my thumb at the palm joint but keeps the joint just below my thumb nail locked and straight. I can still type and wash my hands - it's barely noticeable and pretty comfortable and not big and bulky like some of the other splints I've seen - big plus is I can get it wet and it won't damage it. I'm guessing most here will know exactly what I'm referring to. But anyway, I wanted to simply thank you and I will try to comment more as I see improvement. Have a great day!
This sounds like a great idea I’m a diabetic and they want to start me on Cortizone shots but they said it would raise my sugar and there’s too many side effects with the Cortizone shots so I’m going to give it a try thank you
Im also a diabetic and I’m gonna give this a try as well, have trigger finger on 3 fingers, one on the right hand which was the first finger affected and 2 on my left hand, the ring finger second and then my middle finger .........hopefully this works and I will write a comment then to tell of my experience, thanks!!
I tried your advice and totally healed my trigger finger..2 fingers. Took 6 months but have been fine for the last 2 years. Thank you!!Did everything youbsaid and bought Dr Ellis book. Thank you!
Dude, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this video. Trigger finger has disrupted my life, in a million ways, including taking away my ability to play guitar. I want to do everything I can to avoid having surgery. Looking forward to trying your method first! Thank you for this, cheers!
Travis Moore Thanks for the kind words! It sure does disrupt your life, I remember! I hope it helps bud! I'd love to hear how it goes for you if you think about it. It's kind of a long healing process but it sure worked well for me!
My son has been suffering from trigger finger and we just stumbled across this video. He is already relieved to see so many people are going through the same thing he is going through. Thank you for posting this video.
@@SimpleManChannel He is only ten years old which is probably the odd part about it but he plays alot of video games so you think it possibly could stem from that?
Thank you for your sharing . I will try to find your vitamins tomorrow , I live in Quebec. For three months now I have been suffering from my thumb and now the pain has transformed to my wrist on my other hand . 😩I will defiantly try your cure . I hope it works.
Hello and thank you for posting your video. I strained my hand while carrying firewood and trying to open the door at the same time. I never thought much of it until about 2 weeks later when I woke up with a trigger thumb which then progressed to carpel tunnel . I did 3 sessions of acupuncture which did not help which then led me to searching for a natural remedy for both. I found videos on RUclips for both these ailments. The carpel tunnel was resolved within 24 hours with doing the videos I found. I also started to do your recommended protocol for trigger finger using Vitamin B6, (as I could not get p5p locally), splinting it, and soaking in warm water. I did not see results so I ordered p5p online. Well, within 3 days the pain was drastically reduced and within 10 days I could move my thumb up and down smoothly without the click and pain. It really makes a big difference to use the ACTIVE B6 aka p5p! I will continue on with this protocol as I know you mentioned it takes about 6 months to totally heal and I don't want to go backwards. Thank you so much for helping people heal themselves. Blessing to You!
Glad to hear it has already starting helping. Hopefully since you just developed it it won’t take as long for you. Mine was pretty advanced when I started and the module on my tendon was pretty big. Even then, around the 4 month mark it was almost completely healed.
Great video! Was told by my Neurologist he didn't think a person could really overdose on B6 because it is made by healthy gut bacteria (B vitamins are typically used by the body to heal at night) and the active form is used to turn glutamate (primary excitatory neurotransmitter) into GABA (our primary calming neurotransmitter) diabetics are sometimes allergic to B6 though...
Thank you so much! I can't wait to start this. My thumb on my dominant hand is just hurting so bad. 2 months now. Pain starting to go up my wrist. I can't do mu h of anything with this darn thumb. You don't realize how much your thumb is needed for just about everything until you lose it. I'm al.ost in a depression over this. So thank you. I'm going to start TODAY!!!!
Thanks for taking the time to explain your process. I am in the beginning phases of trigger finger. I am 60 years old so I have had a pretty good run. However, no one wants to live with the discomfort and pain of trigger finger. I already ordered the P5P from Amazon and will start the process right away. Thanks again!
I just left the specialist diagnosed with trigger thumb and ring finger! It's escrutiating pain to say the least....Ive been a lot better with an at home cold laser pen. Thank God! I'll get that supplement too! Thanks💗
hello your in luck I watch so many how to videos and never comment. So why now and why you? I don't know, perhaps the power of Christ compels me. wink. Seriously My husband has been living with trigger finger for a very long time now. I don't know how he does it considering his job and how painful I here it is. I should take a picture of his and post it to show how bad it has really gotten. I decided to start looking into gua shua massage scrapping to see if it would help. I never would have consider a vitamin deficiency being a factor. That is the first I heard of that. Thank you for the info and taking the time to share your story.
I really hope it helps him out. I’ve heard from so many people lately who have tried it and it’s worked for them too. If you think about it, let me know how it goes for him!
RUclips has helped so much and saved much money on past problems. One solution actually saved me over $800. In today's society pills or surgery is today's norm. Pill for this or surgery for that. Gods' natural solutions have been rejected for financial gain. You are a very down to earth person enjoyable to watch. Excellent video. Thanks for sharing! Will start P-5-P today and post weekly results. Thanks again.
Hey! They wanted to do surgery on my trigger thumbs and I said "No, I am a jiujitsu fighter (grappler), I need my hand strength!" then I used this exact thing to heal my thumbs. P5P, hot water with epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) and massage. Now 8 years later I have trigger fingers and will use it again! Thanks for spreading the word, the medical industry is so over priced it is disgusting especially where there are easy cures/remedies for so many health issues. By the way, I am a health professional myself... :)
Thank you for searching out a natural remedy for Trigger finger. I have had one for about 4-5 months now & was looking for a solution when I came across your video. I'm going to try you're advice & see if it helps. And yes, urine is always bright yellow with most B vitamins because they are water soluble they don't stay in the body, that's why you need the magnesium for absorption. Appreciate you putting this video out for the public.
Good Info! I will say that the tip about the band aid around the finger was absolutely Golden. I was having significant pain in my finger. I had purchased two hand splint devices on Amazon. Together they cost about $24. While they did help, they were not worth the money. I tried your band-aid technique and found it helped immensely. The only problem was that it was not durable enough (got wet when I washed my hands etc.) and also did not offer enough resistance. Here is the modification I made. I wrapped the thumb with "Nexcare Absolute Waterproof Wide Tape" and then wrapped it with a Nexcare Tegaderm Transparent Dressing (keep the tape dry). I used these products because they breathe and allow air to get to the skin. The combination of these items (modified from your suggestion) has made a remarkable improvement in reduction of pain. I need to now implement the Vit B6, P-5-P of course and the hot water. I will definitely follow up with my end result. Thanks for your info and insight.
God bless you for sharing! I have been praying and believing for My Husband‘s healing or a solution to the problem. I will definitely have him to try this. Have a blessed day!
I’ve had Trigger Thumb on my right hand for about 10 days. I found your video last week and immediately ordered the Now brand P5P through Amazon. I started taking 2 pills a day 2 days ago. I also did a cold wrap and the hot soak in the evening. I also am massaging my hand gently throughout the day, but I stopped wearing the thumb splint last night. As of today (2nd Day) my thumb feels 50% better. Pain is greatly reduced and mobility is much smoother. It is not snapping when I bend it. I expect it may freeze up overnight, but so far the P5P therapy is working. Thank you so much for making this video.
What I heard you said really gives me hope. I have already received 2 injections in my hand and that hurts like heck. So I'm taking your advice and try it. I've played the guitar for many years but this finger is giving me a fit. Thanks for the great advice
so awesome! I'm so happy i found this video. thank you for this valuable information. I've been suffering trigger finger for almost a year now and don't really want surgery. I'm a cosmetologist so I've been out of work for a while. thank you thank you!
🤣🤣 lmao this is so funny! Because I can picture my 2 year old giving me a thumbs up with his trigger thumb im looking for any alternative ! Wondering if I could give this to him in small doses.
For some reason, one day, I realized my right thumb could not bend completely, and I got freaked out. I thought it was from my PlayStation, and I was probably right. I realized that it was getting worse so I checked on the Internet and I looked all around but it seems like most of the websites just made my thumb worse as you said. And checked this one, and it really helps. Thank you so much man. I will try the p5p
Thanks for posting this. The book is 275 bucks for paperback, and this is exactly what's done to prevent wide circulation. I'm going to give it a shot. Thanks again !
Thank you for the information. I injured my hand when I tripped over a tiny stump that sent me flying down an area of my yard that has erosion. I didn't realize I hurt my hand because the fall shook me up quite a bit. I landed in-between two very jagged stumps that would have gone through my skull. I really believe an angel from the Lord pushed me so that I landed in the right spot! I looked at where I tripped vs where I landed and it was impossible for me to land where I did. In addition, where I fell made it impossible for anyone to see me from the road. If I had died, my husband would have found me later that evening. So, I'm VERY grateful THAT didn't happed, but I later realized that my middle finger was stiffening up,, feeling sore, and would get stuck, usually in the mornings. I use my hands a lot doing yard work on a sinking/eroding yard...mowing up and down steep hills, weed eating with hand trimmers and wheeled trimmers. I associated the pain with that, but then I realized the injury occurred during the fall. Most of the time it doesn't bother me, but some days it is so painful!!! Today is one of those days. I did a search and found your video. I am definitely going to try what you did and I will let you know how it goes.
Thank you so much for this! My functional medicine practitioner suggested P5 P so seeing your video is a confirmation that she is on track. Thank you so much for putting this information out there.
Mr Simple Man, You may be a simple man, but you have a big heart! I am 75 years old diagnosed with Dupuytren's Contracture 2 months ago. It had begun around 2 years ago with a nodule near the base of my right pinky...I had mistaken it for a callus... wondering if I could pick a leaf out of your book... learn from the way you had handled your trigger finger problem. May God bless you and your family!
Started the suggested P5P supplement and instructions plus taping finger May 18, 2018 and my trigger finger is much improved - I only tape it occasionally now - thank you so much Steven!
I have had trigger finger in my right thumb now for about two months and it is both annoying and painful. Thank you for sharing your experience with this more natural treatment and cure. I will certainly give it a try.
Was waiting for my doctor to get back into town to see what I need to do about a trigger thumb that started a couple weeks before Christmas. Am planning to cancel my appointment and will definitely give your treatment a try.
I had trigger thumb earlier this year. I was given a steroid injection. However, my symptoms have returned. I am definitely going to try your advice. Thank you so much for the video.😊
I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your video. I was about to go to a dr. Tomorrow morning and now I’m not. I did watch this late last night and this am got b6 and some magnesium since I have to wait for the p5p in the Mail. I feel like I have hope again. Thank you so much. I’d like to add that I’ve been doing acupuncture and cut out all inflammatory foods and have noticed a difference as well. Can’t wait to get my p5p and start. Oh,yes, also the oval 8 finger splints are great if your looking for a splint friends. Be well all, and thx again simple man!
thanks my problem just starts couple of weeks. over used left hand sand auto body work and woke next day finger lock up, first time in my life. god bless.
Worth trying. I had trigger finger on my thumb that was solved with steroid shots. I hope these suggestions will prevent the need for the shots or surgery.
I'd like to say a very big thank you for your post, it helped me release my very painful experience with my trigger finger, which had been locked up for the past 3 days, doctors said the only way out was immediate surgery, no other mention about quarter zone shots or anything. I'm a farmer owner with live stock etc, so being out of action would be abit of a hindrance. 😁❤️
Natural methods are the first source of prevention and even treatment. It is always enlightening when people come up with natural methods of cure that prevent surgery and medicines that have bad side-effects.
I had steroid injection on two of my fingers year ago and now Issue has surfaced and worsened with one of the fingers again...Your video has given me hope and I am going to try it now.Big thank you.
Thank you, as a wife, and mother, I am always looking for new things for my doctor bag. My husband has suffered with this for about two years now. I will follow your advise and get back with you. Thank you from Dr. Mom. We don’t use white coats or their assistance anymore, got out of the snake oil beliefs.
Tom Fortson No problem, hope it helps. From my understanding the P5P version won't cause the toxicity risk, and I never experienced and symptoms, but always better safe than sorry! Hope you find relief!
I just watched your video and want to thank you for the information. I also tried the exercises and it made it worse!!! Never had trigger finger and sure don't want another surgery, this started about 6 weeks ago. I just ordered the items and really want to thank you for explaining things in such great detail. I'm a firm believer of natural resources, looking forward to getting better 🙂
I found this video very helpful. I've had trigger finger more than once and usually have to go to my primary care doctor who will then send me to the specialist. The specialist will then give me a cortisone shot. All the while waiting to go to each doctor I'm still suffering. Knowing I can actually cure this at home is fantastic. Thank you so much.
I JUST GOT THE VITAMINS TODAY AND TOOK MY FIRST 3 PILLS. AND MY HAND / FIGURE IS BACK TO NORMAL. IT WORKS. FIRST TIME IN TWO DAYS I CAN PUT MY HAND FLAT. THE PAIN IS GONE. FIGURE IS STRIGHT. STILL JUST A LITTLE SORE.BUT 1000% BETTER. THANK YOU. AND AGAIN GOD BLESS YOU. THANKS FOR THE HELP. AND THANK THE LORD.
Thank you. I have this with my ring finger on my left hand. I play guitar and this definitely causes me issues playing effectively. I am ordering the P-5-P tonight using your links and will give it a try along with the exercises. Surgery is NOT an option. A future comment from me will post results. Thanks again for sharing. :)
Thank you so much for this information. I had surgery on my left thumb for the trigger issue and had some trouble healing so wasn't too excited about repeating the experience with my right thumb: dominant thumb. I tried the P5P and it has worked!! I know if I stop taking it for several days my thumb will start clicking/locking again but once I resume the P5P it stops. Thanks again!!
Awesome to hear. I’ve noticed the same. I can go months even without any issues but as soon as I notice a hint of stiffness I’ll take it for a couple of days and it’s clears up for several months. I’m trying to create a resource to help people with trigger finger, it’s triggerfingerguide.com I’d love to share your experience to help others. I’m curious what brand P5P did you take, how much did you take, how long before you saw results and did you do anything other than take P5P?
@@SimpleManChannel I used Pure Encapsulations P5P50 B6 50 mg 1 capsule every day. I had tried splinting for many weeks and it didn't hurt but just froze straight then when I did manually bend the thumb it hurt! I used the P5P50 for about 1 month with great results. I didn't use anything else. As I mentioned before, I did try to stop the P5P50 but the thumb started stiffening again. My thumb bends fine now, no triggering!! I'll try to stop the P5P50 again and see how it does. Now, what would you recommend about non-surgical treatment for Carpel Tunnel? I know there is much on RUclips about it but I wondered if YOU knew anything. Thanks again so much!
I really appreciate the time taken to post this video on trigger finger. I have just recently began feeling the pain in my thumb when waking up n the morning. This has been going on for approximately 5 weeks now. It is very stiff and doesn't want to bend without helping in along. The first few clicks are painful, however once I get it moving its good for the day at work. I find it begins getting stiff in the evening before bed. I have just viewed the video and will go out to purchase the P5P tomorrow and begin taking it. Thumbs up here !
Thank you so much for posting this video, sometimes I'm afraid to go to sleep for the fear of waking up with trigger finger. Sometimes my middle finger is locked up so bad it takes 5 to 10 minutes to release it, terrible pain!
This cured my trigger finger in around 6 months no surgery required this video was a blessing. Hot water exercises every night for 5-6 months opening and closing hand under super hot water. plus P5P. 3 years cured.
Thank you for your video. I had the surgery, but am really having a lot of pain and stiffness. Your advice has given me hope. I will look forward to healing my finger now for good. ❤️
Thank you for posting this video. I was planning to call an orthopedic surgeon today and make an appointment. Instead, I've ordered 2 splints and these vitamins from Amazon. I'm hoping my results will be as good as yours!
So grateful for your clear communication. I have two trigger fingers and a surgery scheduled for late October so I have time to experiment. Right now I am using athletic tape on the thumb, which helps a little. Thanks!
I have had trigger thumb for at least a year now. It's been getting progressively worse. About 6 months ago I went to a hand specialist who injected my thumb with a steroid, it's was an extremely painful injection. It helped for a short time. The pain was always there but now it's excruciating. I came across your youtube tutorial and I'm so glad that I did. I'm going to order the B6 vitamins today and get the splint as well. I'm also going to try the hot/wet soaks. I'm hoping these treatments will reduce the inflammation as well as the pain. As you know, it hurts like hell! Thank you for posting this very informational video. You are very well spoken and you obviously did a lot of research. I appreciate you taking the time to create this video. Sincerely, Debbie Mc.
Thank you, I'm 20 years old and a pipe layer. After the first month my pinky finger locks up in the mornings and it takes forever to work it out. I'm definitely going to try this!
Thank you for the info.I'm a chef and have been experiencing "trigger finger" for about 3 years - not painful, just distracting - gets in the way of my chopping. Now I have a better idea on where this could go (from the comments) and how to implement a simple course of action. Thank you so much.
Wow.....so glad I found this. I had hopes of it going away before I saw this but you've given me more confidence. I'm fed up with the pain and it's been over a month. It feels as painful as when I had a torn meniscus and no insurance to pay for the surgery. The meniscus finally healed on it's on even though many times I had doubts about it and wanted to give up. Not having insurance is sometimes a blessing that we don't se at the time. WC is not very helpful with this and waiting on them I'm afraid I will be crippled for sure! Many Thumbs up to you.
1/18/2022. Thanks for producing this video in the hopes it will help other sufferers, like me. I've had two shots, but ring trigger finger is as bad as ever. I've tried taking apple-vinegar cider, and finger exercises. I use a splint daily and nightly. After being told that the "simple" operation requires (1) visit to hand doctor again, and scheduling of operation, (2) visit to primary care doctor for medical "clearance," (3) date of operation by the hand doctor and anesthesia, (4) one or more follow-up visits to hand doctor, and (5) 2-5 weeks of being unable to swim daily laps, I have an aversion to the whole damn process and all the doctor visits it requires. Like many of the comments below, I intend to try your suggestions, but I am worried that I don't seem to find that folks who commented they would let you know if it worked, don't seem to have left the second comments. I promise however, not only to try your suggestions, but also to leave the second comment, particularly if your suggestions work. Thanks again.
Hi did the p5p work for your trigger finger?
Curious on your results 😊
Hi what are the results
God bless.
Wow so awesome
hi. may I know is p5p is different to vitamin b6? its really hard to find the p5p at my place. living outside of us
Yeah that's my experience after just one week. I thought it was my wishful thinking at first. This is my first week and my finger is relaxing.
This is EXACTLY WHAT I"M GOING THROUGH! I'm on board with this honest, real advice. Thank you so much for this video!
Como te sientes ahora?
This REALLY works! I was scheduled for surgery on December 22nd, and after watching this video I went to the Vitamin Shoppe and picked up this medication to see if I could heal my trigger finger naturally. I've taken about half bottle it came with 60 pills for about $9. I cancelled the surgery and went on a vacation because I could open my hand and close it without any problems. I didn't do any soaking or anyting of my hand as was brought out in your video all I did was take the pills and exercise my hand and people at work are amazed because it will bring tears to my eyes having to force my hand open. Thank you so very much ch!
I’m so happy to hear how well it worked for you! Thanks for sharing!
I am having problems with both my thumbs don't want surgery I am older. Think I am going to try this. Good luck everyone.
@@jeanneri2133 so what happened? it's been 6 months since you commented. did your trigger thumb get healed bu doing what this guy said?
@@sandsrealestatewest663 This "Simple Man" have video told everyone, natural heal is not the long term plan . see the link "www.healingtriggerfinger.com/trigger-finger-surgery/" So, I believe the symptpms will come back
Hi,
thanks for posting this video.
How is your hand now hope you recovering from this annoying issue which I am in now.
Something I have found prevents morning problems is wearing your warmest gloves to bed. That both prevents your hand from clenching and keeps the hand warm.
That's a great tip! Thank you
Thank you so much for the great video!
Hope it helps!
That could be Dupuytren, which is not the same thing....
There has been strong evidence that B-6 improves carpal tunnel, so it might have been and the B-6 did its job!
That's great to hear! Thanks for letting me know!
claudiaengel1 I
I’ll definitely try this! Have had one injection that worked but the second one didn’t do a thing…surgery was recommended. I’m trying this first!
Cómo estás ahora?@@wrose62
I tried your suggestions several months ago and it worked for me. Now I have trigger thumb in my other hand so I just reviewed the video to use again! Thank you!
I found it best to lower the dosage after it goes away to keep it away. Glad to hear it helped, I hope it helps again!
Hey I took the b6 with the p5p and magnesium for almost a month now and the problem has just about gone away completely! Your vid was a life saver!!
That’s awesome to hear! Thanks for letting me know!
Dont believe a word you say
Wayne Fisher Thank you for your very kind compliment! I hope you can locate some and they help you and your wife! If they do let me know! Thanks bud!
I believe I have found some here (P-5-P) in the Philippines, same brand as your's. I hope to remember to report back to you if I go through the treatment.
My sister will send me three bottles of more if I need her to. I have looked at other video treatments on trigger finger healing and saw some easy things to do, on top of the P-5-P treatment
Thanks Simple man.
Wayne Fisher glad to hear! Best of luck friend!
Wayne Fisher whats the update on your trigger finger bro!
@waynefisher4585 it works??
i bought the P5P for my trigger thumb. will try it. this is my 2nd trigger. had surgery once already. thank you!
Hey man! just stopping here after like, a year, to report that I watched your video when my trigger finger had just started to happen. It was causing me a lot of pain and discomfort especially during mornings. Took your advice, especially the splint + supplement and after a month it was completely cured. You're a life savior and I thank you for that!
Cheers!
Thanks for reporting back, I always love hearing the good reports!
That’s awesome news, thank you for letting me know it’s working for you!
Thanks for this video! You're really helpful. I'm glad you're looking to help others who are going through the same.
Just ordered the P-5-P and thumb splints. Woke up one morning with my thumb doing this. WTH, the pain! Thank you so much for posting this video!
How is your hand now, please update

I have this problem for like 4 months and I don’t want to be cut by operation I’m trying to heal it myself. Thank you 🙏 I’m going to try your method!
I’m glad to hear it’s already helping. Hopefully it gets you all they way healed!
I hope it helps him out. How old is he?
@@SimpleManChannel He is only ten years old which is probably the odd part about it but he plays alot of video games so you think it possibly could stem from that?
I first got it when I was 17 and looking back I attribute it to playing video games also
@@SimpleManChannel awesome. I GUESS I AM ONTO SOMETHING ♡♡♡ I am going to get this vitamin right away and be sure to let you know the result!
I hope they help! Please do let me know the results!
Thank you for your sharing . I will try to find your vitamins tomorrow , I live in Quebec. For three months now I have been suffering from my thumb and now the pain has transformed to my wrist on my other hand . 😩I will defiantly try your cure . I hope it works.
ginette smith maybe carpel tunnel? If it is I have heard P5P works great for that too. Best of luck, I hope it helps!
Thanks for the video I’m going to try the vitamins and splint soaking I have done but in the morning I see stars!! Will follow though thanks 👍
I work with wood and am having problems with trigger finger, Thanks for posting what worked for you. I'm gonna try it.
Going to try and hopefully get better. Thank you.
Jay Catmull you are very welcome, hope it helps!
I work with a doc that went to a convention that presented to MDs that all herbal supplements were ineffective. That's future of fda medicine lol
Sad but true!
I agree! The exercises on other channels do not help; they make it more painful and most are promoting surgery!
Thank you for this video.
Awesome to hear, best of luck!
Fantastic! I am glad you are seeing result so quickly!
What I heard you said really gives me hope. I have already received 2 injections in my hand and that hurts like heck. So I'm taking your advice and try it. I've played the guitar for many years but this finger is giving me a fit. Thanks for the great advice
Thank you so much for taking the time to share what you learned!!! Kinda gives me hope for humanity, lol. Look forward to trying all of this.
so awesome! I'm so happy i found this video. thank you for this valuable information. I've been suffering trigger finger for almost a year now and don't really want surgery. I'm a cosmetologist so I've been out of work for a while. thank you thank you!
I give this a trigger-thumb up!
Will try the P5P and report back. thank you for sharing your story and findings.
Did it work?
🤣🤣 lmao this is so funny! Because I can picture my 2 year old giving me a thumbs up with his trigger thumb im looking for any alternative ! Wondering if I could give this to him in small doses.
For some reason, one day, I realized my right thumb could not bend completely, and I got freaked out. I thought it was from my PlayStation, and I was probably right. I realized that it was getting worse so I checked on the Internet and I looked all around but it seems like most of the websites just made my thumb worse as you said. And checked this one, and it really helps. Thank you so much man. I will try the p5p
I am definitely going to try this. I have no insurance and my thumb is making me miserable. Thank you so much for at the very least a glimmer of hope.
+Susan Randolph I hope it helps! It sure is miserable...
Thanks for posting this. The book is 275 bucks for paperback, and this is exactly what's done to prevent wide circulation.
I'm going to give it a shot.
Thanks again !
have trigger finger in both hands and will try this p5p.thanks for your video. learned a lot. do not want surgery
Trust this advice - it worked for me within 3 months.
I’m glad it worked for you!
I hope it helps!
Started the suggested P5P supplement and instructions plus taping finger May 18, 2018 and my trigger finger is much improved - I only tape it occasionally now - thank you so much Steven!
Thank you for letting me know! I’m so glad it helped!
I was able to cure my trigger fingers thanks to you! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you! Thank you so very much❤!
Awesome, thanks for letting me know!
However, my symptoms
have returned. I am
definitely going to try your advice.
Thank you dear for sharing! I just ordered the P.5.P! You are a blessing!
does it work for you??
i have same problem ...should I try this one?
thanks my problem just starts couple of weeks. over used left hand sand auto body work and woke next day finger lock up, first time in my life.
That’s great it worked so fast for you!
Thanks man. I have it pretty bad on my left ring finger - which sucks because I play guitar! I will start your program and let you know how it goes!
Want to know how it went.
Natural methods are the first source of prevention and even treatment. It is always enlightening when people come up with natural methods of cure that prevent surgery and medicines that have bad side-effects.
Your honest heart comes through brightly! I’m ordering everything you suggested.
I hope it helps! I made a website that has more detailed information about it if your interested - triggerfingerguide.com
I had steroid injection on two of my fingers year ago and now Issue has surfaced and worsened with one of the fingers again...Your video has given me hope and I am going to try it now.Big thank you.
I hope it helps
Simple Man n
Thank you, as a wife, and mother, I am always looking for new things for my doctor bag. My husband has suffered with this for about two years now. I will follow your advise and get back with you. Thank you from Dr. Mom. We don’t use white coats or their assistance anymore, got out of the snake oil beliefs.
So happy to find this video. I will update my results after a few months. Excited to get started.
Thanks for the B6 info. I'm taking a low dose, due to toxicity risk, so I appreciate the P5P tip. I'm encouraged!
Tom Fortson No problem, hope it helps. From my understanding the P5P version won't cause the toxicity risk, and I never experienced and symptoms, but always better safe than sorry! Hope you find relief!
I’m starting this Tomorrow! Same finger and hand for me as you described, And I am over it! Thank you for a great video.
Best of luck!
Thank you! Let me know how it goes for you!
Mandy Jean I hope it helps you out!
Thanks to your video, my p5p arrived today and I’m starting your program. Fingers crossed ;)
Hows the result in of your program?
Thank you, Simple Man!!! I suffer so much, and for so long! I am ordering my P-5-P today! Thanks again!!! Blessings!
Wow, those are the fastest results I have ever heard of, that is incredible! Hopefully in time that soreness will completely go away. Mine did
Thank you for the trigger finger information. I am sharing this vedio with my wife. She has been dealing with trigger finger problems.
Thank you. I have this with my ring finger on my left hand. I play guitar and this definitely causes me issues playing effectively. I am ordering the P-5-P tonight using your links and will give it a try along with the exercises. Surgery is NOT an option. A future comment from me will post results. Thanks again for sharing. :)
I hope they help and look forward to hearing back from you!
Sorry to hear you have trigger finger, hopefully this will work for you too!
Thank you so much for posting this video, sometimes I'm afraid to go to sleep for the fear of waking up with trigger finger. Sometimes my middle finger is locked up so bad it takes 5 to 10 minutes to release it, terrible pain!
I was there, I hope this advice helps!
I had a stuck ring finger for two months. Couldn't drive, or play my flutes. Thanks for all your help and advice.
This cured my trigger finger in around 6 months no surgery required this video was a blessing. Hot water exercises every night for 5-6 months opening and closing hand under super hot water. plus P5P. 3 years cured.
Awesome, I’m glad to hear it!
How many pills did you take a day ??
Debra McDonald thank you, I appreciate the kind words. Be sure to let me know how it works out for you
Thank you, I'm 20 years old and a pipe layer.
Ursula Fugger Yes better to get ahead of it, I let mine go for a long time and I think that's why it took so long to heal
THANK YOU. I JUST ORDER THE VITAMINS. HOPE IT HELPS THIS HORRIBLE PAIN. GOD BLESS AND THANKS AGAIN.
I hope it helps. Let me know how it goes!
I POSTED YOUR VID TO MY TUMBLER PAGE.
If you check out my website triggerfingerguide.com there is a testimonial section that has emails I received from people who had success with it.
