Thank you for this video. I've recently gone through the same experience with "stuck" trigger thumb for 8 miserable months. I also read Dr. John Ellis' article and ordered the P-5-P (same brand as yours--I recognize the bottle--but ordered mine from Puritan's Pride). I took 2 per day. I also took Turmeric for inflammation and used a thumb splint when sleeping. After only one week, I was surprised when one day I could suddenly flex my thumb normally! At the 3 week point the trigger thumb was totally healed; I'm 6 weeks in and continuing to take the P-5-P for a while just to make sure my B6 deficiency is solved. I'm telling everyone I know about this natural remedy; and thank you for taking the time to make this video to help others.
LauriesOriginals That's awesome thanks for letting me and everyone else know your experience. It's been great hearing other people find relief with this method. Thanks again!
Thanks for the information presently I have trigger finger on my right hand, the finger next to my little finger, I think I will try your process, I also had it before but on my left hand on my ring finger, I first had an injection, and in six months time it re-appeared, so I had surgery, which was successful. As you said it was very costly, and presently that money could do lots for me, so thanks again for the info, I will definitely try it. God bless.
I half-heartedly tried the P5P for one month and obviously it didn't work. Now my trigger finger on my left hand is killing me and the middle finger on my right hand is starting to act up. After watching your video I'm starting the full six month protocol of P5P today. Thanks, Joe
I really appreciate the time taken to post this video on trigger finger. I have just recently began feeling the pain in my thumb when waking up n the morning. This has been going on for approximately 5 weeks now. It is very stiff and doesn't want to bend without helping in along. The first few clicks are painful, however once I get it moving its good for the day at work. I find it begins getting stiff in the evening before bed. I have just viewed the video and will go out to purchase the P5P tomorrow and begin taking it. Thumbs up here !
Dude, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this video. Trigger finger has disrupted my life, in a million ways, including taking away my ability to play guitar. I want to do everything I can to avoid having surgery. Looking forward to trying your method first! Thank you for this, cheers!
Travis Moore Thanks for the kind words! It sure does disrupt your life, I remember! I hope it helps bud! I'd love to hear how it goes for you if you think about it. It's kind of a long healing process but it sure worked well for me!
Thank you for making this video! I've been suffering from trigger finger very badly for over a year now in BOTH hands (ring finger in each hand) and although I do splint them each it hasn't helped. I have pain everyday. I had read about the P5P but wasn't sure about the potential side effects. I will definitely give this a try now. I'm so happy this worked for you. Again thanks for sharing this. I have tried researching this issue and as you stated there isn't a lot of information out there so this helps a great deal.
Super Natural Thanks for watching! Putting just a splint on finger didn't seem to help any either. It wasn't until I started doing hem all together that it actually started helping a great deal. I hope it works for you too!
very informative video I have trigger finger in my right ring ringer...I immediately put those bandaids on (just now before I typed) what a great idea. I'm going to research the P5P as well. Thanks!!!!
Hi there! Thanks, so much, for sharing all this great info. I was just diagnosed on my middle finger, right hand. I have found the exercises have been helping but it seems I've reached a plateau. Going to try the Vitamin B supplements you used. ;)
I having it right now. I got this when I went to the market and carried a plastic bags with a lot of stuffs inside. At first I didn't notice that but in almost 2 months it worsen specially when I wake up in the morning and my left hand middle finger locks in. I make a splint made out of pencil cut in half then tie with bondage and it works for me :) I also apply topical ointment to relax it.
Hi, Thank you for the video. :) I have trigger finger in my ring finger and will try the P5P. You didn't mention swelling and I have quite a swollen finger - do you think the hot water soak is a good idea for me?
Michele Woodard I had slight swelling, not too much though. My finger felt much better after soaking it. I'd say if it feels better after doing so I'd keep doing it.
At the end of the treatment I'm not supposed to sense the bump by any means, right? (On the spot where the injury was) And what should I do so it doesn't happen again?
Hello Simple Man. Did your trigger finger lock in the open position and closed position? Mine is locked open in the morning or closed depending on how I sleep. It's painful either way to get it moving but I prefer the open position. I went to a Surgeons assistant for consultation and they didn't say much when I mentioned that. I tried the P5P and it wrenches my gut so I don't think it's an option for me. It seems like everywhere I look on line people can close their finger without a problem and only have the trigger when they try to open. Was that the case for you. Thanks
Thanks for the video sir. I have a trigger finger on my ring finger. Last 7 months ago, i took cortisone injection. But now seem that it started to happen again. It start hurting especially in the morning, the whole day is fine but i feel a bit of stiffness. I do weight lifting during weekdays. I never tried splint before. Can i do the weight lifting with trigger finger?
+Charles Dominic Any gripping motion can cause the trigger finger to flare up and hurt more. I'd probably just try to soak it after words in hot water to help loosen it up
This REALLY works! I was scheduled for surgery on December 22nd, and after watching this video I went to the Vitamin Shoppe and picked up this medication to see if I could heal my trigger finger naturally. I've taken about half bottle it came with 60 pills for about $9. I cancelled the surgery and went on a vacation because I could open my hand and close it without any problems. I didn't do any soaking or anyting of my hand as was brought out in your video all I did was take the pills and exercise my hand and people at work are amazed because it will bring tears to my eyes having to force my hand open. Thank you so very much ch!
@@sandsrealestatewest663 This "Simple Man" have video told everyone, natural heal is not the long term plan . see the link "www.healingtriggerfinger.com/trigger-finger-surgery/" So, I believe the symptpms will come back
Hi, thanks for posting this video. I am Brazilian and would like to comment a little about our problem. I had almost the same experience you had too. I'm 56 years old and I am a luthier, I build doublebasses and I'm also a musician. I had my first problem with triggered finger long ago and also had surgery on the middle finger of my right hand. After a few years I had the same problem with the index finger of the left hand. I had already scheduled a surgery when I met a guy named Pang here in Sao Paulo. This guy was a Brazilian descendant of Japanese who had studied many healing techniques in China and Japan. He did not even have a name to call his technique. The fact is that I looked for him, we became friends and he said he could cure me of the problem of the triggered finger. Along with his students he put my spine in place and time went by. I knew that just working the vertebrae would not be enough treatment for my problem until one day I took a friend who worked with me in my atelier because he had back pain. As Pang's students massaged and put his spine in place, Pang told me, "Let me look at your hand." He put his arm on mine, held my hand, and with a very fast and strong movement, did his magic. We heard a noise that I did not even think was possible to leave my body. It was very fast. When I realized and listened to the noise he had already released my hand. After that he told me that I would not be able to play for a few days. The recovery tooks the same time as the previous recovery after surgery. He literally took the problem of the triggered finger out of my hand with his own hands. Without taking any kind of medicine, without spending anything beyond R$ 100, which at the time was the equivalent of US$ 250. The sad part of the story is that he died a few years ago and I never met anyone like him again. I have incredible stories to tell about what he did to several friends and relatives I took there. Now, many years ago, I'm having a triggered finger problem again, on a finger that has never had a problem and I'm looking for ways to heal without surgery. That's why I found your video and I'm going to follow your advice. I'm going to NY next month and I'm going to buy the P-5-P. Take care and thanks for the tips.
Pimentabilis Anus Outrem Rephrescorum Est Awesome story, thank you for sharing. I'm sorry to hear about your friend. I hope this can help you! Thanks again!
Thank you so much for doing this video. I have been using the P5P for about three weeks and my pain is gone. Taking the vitamins is all I have done this time. About a year ago I got cortisone shots in my hand, but the triggering and pain came back after about 8 or 9 months. My husband found your video and because I didn’t want to get more shots in my hand I decided to try the vitamins. It is amazing how well it works. I still can’t close my hand all the way, but I will continue taking the vitamins and I feel sure my hand will continue to heal. I will update this post when the healing is complete.
Thank you so much for taking the time to help out fellow sufferers. I've had pain at the base of my thumb for years, but over the past three weeks I've noticed a snapping sensation when I bend my thumb. I have already used your band aid trick to immobilise the thumb and already I feel less anxious about further injury when I am out and about. Genius idea! I am going to start the vitamin B supplement ( I have a vitamin B complex formulation). I'll let you know how it goes as it's only day 1! I see you have a dedicated web page, so I'll check that out also. Take care, and thank you again.
Thank you for posting this video. I got a trigger finger and the doctor at the hospital said the only option is surgery. I was determined to prove him wrong and even more so after watching your post. Thank you for sharing your story.
Something I have found prevents morning problems is wearing your warmest gloves to bed. That both prevents your hand from clenching and keeps the hand warm.
Thanks so much for your sincerely shared ideas for healing this condition. I'm going to try this. You have given me hope and some great ideas. I look forward to trying them!
Gonna give P5P a try. I’ve had TF for 8 months and it sucks! Hot water with epsom salts helps. There is also a cool splint just for trigger finger on AMZ that allows you to type. I tried CBD cream and it didn’t work.
Hi, I'm 1 month into your recommendations and already have a 65% relief. I did add some "cupping" by a licensed Massage therapist which is massage only pulling outward on the cartilage instead of inward. Great relief with the P5P and no side affects either. Thank you so much for this video! Claudia Engel
This sounds like a great idea I’m a diabetic and they want to start me on Cortizone shots but they said it would raise my sugar and there’s too many side effects with the Cortizone shots so I’m going to give it a try thank you
Im also a diabetic and I’m gonna give this a try as well, have trigger finger on 3 fingers, one on the right hand which was the first finger affected and 2 on my left hand, the ring finger second and then my middle finger .........hopefully this works and I will write a comment then to tell of my experience, thanks!!
Thank you so much for posting this! I had surgery about 10 years ago on my right thumb (dominant hand). Never had problems with it since. For about the past 6 weeks, my other thumb has been triggering. Not wanting to go through the cortisone shots/surgery route again, I have been looking into alternative treatments. I actually had an appointment today for dry needling, but the pain aspect had me cancel the appointment. I stumbled upon your video looking for home remedies. I am going to start this process asap. I will let you know how it goes!
Diane L Great, I hope it helps! Others have told me that they tried this right after they started having issues and within a couple weeks they noticed a big difference. Hopefully since yours just started it wont take too long.
Your truly a simple man, loved your video and the comments, the way you spoke and gave your history back ground of your trigger figure problem was very honest. Your honesty was my favorite part of the video. I have had many problems with trigger finger sense mid 2016, I spent 8 week at the VA ortho, they did all kinds of exercise programs with me, from heat pad treatments and ultrasound and finger exercise. I had several cortisone shots, the ones that were in my finger, the trigger went away, but my both thumb never went away, but have gotten worse, even have 2-3 cortisone shots in both thumbs. We arrived in the Philippines to our home in March 2017, the pain has gotten worse and I'm not able to bend either thumb. My wife also has finger problems, so we are thinking to come back to the States early (maybe Feb), to check into the VA for surgery, but if I can get this medicine that your talking about, I will try that before leaving the Philippines, I hope it works. Thanks so much for sharing your experience, simple man, I believe it will work for me.
I believe I have found some here (P-5-P) in the Philippines, same brand as your's. I hope to remember to report back to you if I go through the treatment. My sister will send me three bottles of more if I need her to. I have looked at other video treatments on trigger finger healing and saw some easy things to do, on top of the P-5-P treatment Thanks Simple man.
Hey man! just stopping here after like, a year, to report that I watched your video when my trigger finger had just started to happen. It was causing me a lot of pain and discomfort especially during mornings. Took your advice, especially the splint + supplement and after a month it was completely cured. You're a life savior and I thank you for that! Cheers!
Great video! Was told by my Neurologist he didn't think a person could really overdose on B6 because it is made by healthy gut bacteria (B vitamins are typically used by the body to heal at night) and the active form is used to turn glutamate (primary excitatory neurotransmitter) into GABA (our primary calming neurotransmitter) diabetics are sometimes allergic to B6 though...
Just would like to say thank you again and share an update!! So it was about a year since I first saw your video (had trigger in my right pinky)though the process felt it took forever at about 6-8 months my finger was my own again. I maintain a pill every other day and/or before I do any extreme things with my hands like gardening or putting furniture together. It’s quite shocking how fast a dr.wants to do a surgery. I know for others results may vary but this did the trick for me. I’m a tv/ film editor and work in front of a computer for long periods of time, the P5P also eliminated a general act J was having in my hands, everyone was saying it was carpal tunnel and to live with it. Well thanks to you I realize that was not the case and related to my issue. I forward your video to all colleagues with hand issues. Thanks again!!!
🤣🤣 lmao this is so funny! Because I can picture my 2 year old giving me a thumbs up with his trigger thumb im looking for any alternative ! Wondering if I could give this to him in small doses.
Thank you for your sharing . I will try to find your vitamins tomorrow , I live in Quebec. For three months now I have been suffering from my thumb and now the pain has transformed to my wrist on my other hand . 😩I will defiantly try your cure . I hope it works.
so awesome! I'm so happy i found this video. thank you for this valuable information. I've been suffering trigger finger for almost a year now and don't really want surgery. I'm a cosmetologist so I've been out of work for a while. thank you thank you!
This is working for me. My finger was so locked in a bent position and now it is slowly relaxing after barely a week. I started taking one pill and then I took 2 a day. Now I am going back to 1 a day. So do it how you feel. I actually feel the tingling in my hands where the inflammation is. This helps inflammation anywhere in your body. I have trigger finger in both hands and arthritis also. So this is a Godsend seriously. This coming from a very cautious person who researches everything before I use it. This is the biggest thank you. I am supposed to go for consultation for surgery tomorrow, but I am going to cancel for now. 🙏🏾💖
I’m trying… I’m a little confused that it seems to be helping after only a couple days😳 I’m happy to continue with the P5P (I bought the Now brand as well because I have taken this brand before and it is one that I trusted already). Thank you for sharing so much information. Sending a bottle to my mom and mother-in-law to try as well. I’ve been putting wintergreen and lavender essential oil and rubbing it in w a carrier oil as well. Sometimes I put that on and put heat with it. But, I’ve tried essential oils before and they didn’t help much - I think it’s the P5P.
hello your in luck I watch so many how to videos and never comment. So why now and why you? I don't know, perhaps the power of Christ compels me. wink. Seriously My husband has been living with trigger finger for a very long time now. I don't know how he does it considering his job and how painful I here it is. I should take a picture of his and post it to show how bad it has really gotten. I decided to start looking into gua shua massage scrapping to see if it would help. I never would have consider a vitamin deficiency being a factor. That is the first I heard of that. Thank you for the info and taking the time to share your story.
I really hope it helps him out. I’ve heard from so many people lately who have tried it and it’s worked for them too. If you think about it, let me know how it goes for him!
Two weeks ago, my left thumb just seized and started locking in place. I was so scared, wondering what the hell is this???? A nurse friend told me it was "trigger finger", and so I've begun to look for cures that don't involve surgery as I'm on Medicaid. Thanks so much, and I will try the P-5-P. I am a fan of Now brand, for their quality and price. Thank you.
Thank you ! I will take B6 religiously ,do exercises and be more cautious about working so hard with my hands next time now that I've had it 3 times in 6 years. This last time was the worst, I thought I might have to have surgery to release it.This video can save you the misery of losing your jobs and being out of work a long time. Surgery for trigger finger is costly and it usually requires having shots plus physical therapy. God bless you all!
6/18/2024. Trigger finger re-visited. Same. It's essentially cured. Since this was a homeopathic solution, I wasn't sure if the "cure" would hold. But the finger is still good. I can move it ok without it getting "caught."
I’ll look into P5P if what have is a trigger thumb. Mine doesn’t lock up but severe pain/nodule at the base of the right thumb and hurts when trying to bend it :-/
I had trigger thumb earlier this year. I was given a steroid injection. However, my symptoms have returned. I am definitely going to try your advice. Thank you so much for the video.😊
age 68....now wearing snug fingerless tip insulated gloves ....help in same way as TAPING, I have blood sugar issues so will research the P5P ?......but very interesting video....thanks
Hi just watched your vid, I have trigger finger on my ring finer right hand. Have also done the excercises but have not had much success. I would like to heal my trigger finger without surgery, the problem I might have I live in South Africa I know I can get the B6 vitamin but not the P-5-P we a third world country so don't get everything you do, but am going to investigate how I can obtain it, thank you so much for sharing it's wonderful to know there are still people like you in the world today.
Thankyou so much, I have left hand index finger and right hand trigger thumb...both extremely painful...definitely giving your suggestions a go....from Australia 🇦🇺
RUclips has helped so much and saved much money on past problems. One solution actually saved me over $800. In today's society pills or surgery is today's norm. Pill for this or surgery for that. Gods' natural solutions have been rejected for financial gain. You are a very down to earth person enjoyable to watch. Excellent video. Thanks for sharing! Will start P-5-P today and post weekly results. Thanks again.
Thank you for searching out a natural remedy for Trigger finger. I have had one for about 4-5 months now & was looking for a solution when I came across your video. I'm going to try you're advice & see if it helps. And yes, urine is always bright yellow with most B vitamins because they are water soluble they don't stay in the body, that's why you need the magnesium for absorption. Appreciate you putting this video out for the public.
I also had surgery on my right middle finger and have had 9 months of pain on left middle. Take B6 but not the P5 I will order some. I have been taking apple cider vinegar and boron but it is not working. I had a steroid shot and it helped but I still have clicking and pain. Thank you for the video.
01/06/23. My trigger finger re-visited: I don't have it anymore. My right ring finger is stiffer than the other fingers, but for months it has no longer "caught" or caused me pain. I have not worn a finger splint for 8 or 9 months. I can type, I can use a hammer, I can hold my toothbrush, all with my right hand. I no longer use the hotwater part of Simple Man's suggestion, but I still use the P-5-P Supplements, at least 2 a day. Coincidental improvement? Who knows. But it has worked for me.
Thank you so much for the great video! I have trigger thumb. I intuitively know that I can heal this naturally. I will talk with my doctor about B6 and what dose for me. I have been procrastinating searching for natural healing tips, but today I searched for "I healed trigger finger naturally" and there you were/are! Thank you!!! The more people who learn to heal naturally, the stronger our nation will be! To me surgery is usually the very last resort and in my view often oversold for reasons including ignorance and greed on the medical community's part and on the client's part a desire for the easy way, but surgery is actually not often the easy way at all, as you mentioned the costs, the rehab and also I will add the risks of medical mistakes. Many thanks!
I will definitely try your suggestions. I started having mild trigger finger about 10 days ago and is beginning to hurt, probably because the weather is changing. Thanks for ur advice…
Very Good I'm Going To Order These Pills And Use Your Band Aide Method I Will Give An Update When I Fill A Difference With My Trigger finger Left Hand Ring Finger. Thanks So Much.
Thank you for this video...I had a cortisone shot in my trigger thumb 4 years ago and it worked...but I will get the Vit B with P5P and soaking my hand in the hot water at night
I have used P5P for about seven months. My triggering has gone down about 95% in recent months. The only time it really triggers is very briefly in the morning and sometimes when I put my hand in hot water. In your video, you mentioned you stopped taking P5P for a couple of months without any trigger and then stopped. Can you give us an update on that, indicating how many months it has been that you have not taken P5P, all without any triggering? I'm sure everyone would like to know that to give them assurances, based upon your personal experience, that they really don't need to be concerned that they need to take P5P forever. Thanks.
I work construction so I feel that a splint on my thumb is not going to work well and unfortunately I can’t take time off but I will definitely try the vitamins and the soaking in water
Thank you so much for the advise. I will definitely try it as I am having alot of pain in the night and early in the morning my fingers swell and hard to bend. From Papua New Guinea
I just watched your video and am going to give it a try. I don't have pain with the trigger finger but it does lock up a lot during the day and is happening more often.
Thanks for the info video...Diatomaceous earth food grade will help resolve trigger finger as it has helped with my thumb trigger finger....safe 4 pets (fleas) & plants (adding minerals & removing insects)
I'm a guitarist. I woke up a week ago and noticed a bad pain in my Thumb. It popped when I straighten it and it hurts to bend it. I got a thumb spika splint. It help a little but not much. I have been drinking joint juice and it has not helped. I put Ben Gay on it. No improvement. I have no medical insurance. I will definitely try your supplement. This scares me to death and I really hope it works. Thank you for putting this video out there! I'm desperate to get to the bottom of this crazy condition!
I have used for over a year a comfrey-based liniment, Catskills Comfrey, to reduce the intensity, duration and frequency of the 'locking' events. But the comfrey does not cure the actual underlying problem - and some locking appears to be too 'strong' for the comfrey. Solgars 5P5 contains magnesium so am going to try this treatment. I noticed in showering in the morning that hot water on my hand feels 'better' - am going to try a heating pad at night and leave my hand on it, along with the comfrey. And start with the 5P5 ....hmmm, will pass on the splint for this try. Thanks for putting out this video.
I had trigger finger on my left hand, the ring finger, a few years ago. I had the op and it fixed it, mostly, cos at times it locks, but with no pain. Now I have the same thing on my right hand, ring finger again. I was thinking of having another op being done, but with Covid 19 still on the go I do not want to have to go for any surgery for now. I happened upon your video and I am going to try what you have suggested. It sounds far better than surgery and is worth a try. I also have a hard lump in the middle of my right hand which may be linked to the trigger finger, from what you said here. So here goes, I will try all that you suggest. Thank you very much!
I have 8 trigger fingers. All at once. Im losing muscle tone from not using my hands to lift anything heavy. I'm going to try this but I won't be able to use 8 splints. Thanks for the info.
Wow I feel like a crybaby now. Compare to you guys mines a little baby case. I guess it’s more of a mental thing for me. I’m a gamer and I haven’t been able to play in 6 months. Will try this out! Thank you!
God bless.
Wow so awesome
hi. may I know is p5p is different to vitamin b6? its really hard to find the p5p at my place. living outside of us
Yeah that's my experience after just one week. I thought it was my wishful thinking at first. This is my first week and my finger is relaxing.
Thank you dear for sharing! I just ordered the P.5.P! You are a blessing!
does it work for you??
i have same problem ...should I try this one?
I half-heartedly tried the P5P for one month and obviously it didn't work. Now my trigger finger on my left hand is killing me and the middle finger on my right hand is starting to act up. After watching your video I'm starting the full six month protocol of P5P today. Thanks, Joe
just started researching and am so grateful that you have shared your success so genuinely.
Sorry to hear you have trigger finger, hopefully this will work for you too!
Thank you!! People forget they need to take extra vitamins on a daily basis. This was helpful information.
Thank you so much for your easy to follow and easy to understand video. You have a very nice calming voice. I will definitely try your method. Vickie
very informative video I have trigger finger in my right ring ringer...I immediately put those bandaids on (just now before I typed) what a great idea. I'm going to research the P5P as well. Thanks!!!!
Hi there! Thanks, so much, for sharing all this great info. I was just diagnosed on my middle finger, right hand. I have found the exercises have been helping but it seems I've reached a plateau. Going to try the Vitamin B supplements you used. ;)
sounds sincere, I'm going to give this a try. thanks!
Thank you! Dealing with the distal joint of my thumb for a year now. I felt the same about exercises...seemed to make it worse.
Thank you for your generosity!
I hope it helps!
Thanks! I'm going to give this a try.
TheDgrinch69 Great, hope it helps!
Ok thank you, I'll try all your tips and I'll let you know !
Florence 59 Awesome, I hope you find relief!
Hi,
Thank you for the video.
Thanks
Mine actually got stuck in the open position too. The open position was less painful to get moving. Sorry to hear the P5P won’t work for you
Thnku for the video
Thanks for the video sir. I have a trigger finger on my ring finger. Last 7 months ago, i took cortisone injection. But now seem that it started to happen again. It start hurting especially in the morning, the whole day is fine but i feel a bit of stiffness. I do weight lifting during weekdays. I never tried splint before. Can i do the weight lifting with trigger finger?
+Charles Dominic Any gripping motion can cause the trigger finger to flare up and hurt more. I'd probably just try to soak it after words in hot water to help loosen it up
u means after weight lifting? Thanks a lot for the reply.
Charles Dominic yeah, after you finish. You are very welcome!
I’m so happy to hear how well it worked for you! Thanks for sharing!
I am having problems with both my thumbs don't want surgery I am older. Think I am going to try this. Good luck everyone.
@@jeanneri2133 so what happened? it's been 6 months since you commented. did your trigger thumb get healed bu doing what this guy said?
@@sandsrealestatewest663 This "Simple Man" have video told everyone, natural heal is not the long term plan . see the link "www.healingtriggerfinger.com/trigger-finger-surgery/" So, I believe the symptpms will come back
This is EXACTLY WHAT I"M GOING THROUGH! I'm on board with this honest, real advice. Thank you so much for this video!
Como te sientes ahora?
Hi,
thanks for posting this video.
How is your hand now hope you recovering from this annoying issue which I am in now.
Hi did the p5p work for your trigger finger?
Curious on your results 😊
Hi what are the results
I work with a doc that went to a convention that presented to MDs that all herbal supplements were ineffective. That's future of fda medicine lol
Sad but true!
Something I have found prevents morning problems is wearing your warmest gloves to bed. That both prevents your hand from clenching and keeps the hand warm.
That's a great tip! Thank you
Going to try and hopefully get better. Thank you.
Thanks for this video! You're really helpful. I'm glad you're looking to help others who are going through the same.
Thanks for the video I’m going to try the vitamins and splint soaking I have done but in the morning I see stars!! Will follow though thanks 👍
That's great to hear! Thanks for letting me know!
claudiaengel1 I
I’ll definitely try this! Have had one injection that worked but the second one didn’t do a thing…surgery was recommended. I’m trying this first!
Cómo estás ahora?@@wrose62
How is your finger doing now??? It is still healed?
How is your hand now, please update
Cómo estás ahora?
Wayne Fisher Thank you for your very kind compliment! I hope you can locate some and they help you and your wife! If they do let me know! Thanks bud!
I believe I have found some here (P-5-P) in the Philippines, same brand as your's. I hope to remember to report back to you if I go through the treatment.
My sister will send me three bottles of more if I need her to. I have looked at other video treatments on trigger finger healing and saw some easy things to do, on top of the P-5-P treatment
Thanks Simple man.
Wayne Fisher glad to hear! Best of luck friend!
Wayne Fisher whats the update on your trigger finger bro!
@waynefisher4585 it works??
Hey man! just stopping here after like, a year, to report that I watched your video when my trigger finger had just started to happen. It was causing me a lot of pain and discomfort especially during mornings. Took your advice, especially the splint + supplement and after a month it was completely cured. You're a life savior and I thank you for that!
Cheers!
Thanks for reporting back, I always love hearing the good reports!
Yeah true I tried the exercises and it didn't help.
Hey I took the b6 with the p5p and magnesium for almost a month now and the problem has just about gone away completely! Your vid was a life saver!!
That’s awesome to hear! Thanks for letting me know!
Dont believe a word you say
I am going to try what you did. Mine are on both hands now but not too painful, just very inconvenient.
There has been strong evidence that B-6 improves carpal tunnel, so it might have been and the B-6 did its job!
I give this a trigger-thumb up!
Will try the P5P and report back. thank you for sharing your story and findings.
Did it work?
🤣🤣 lmao this is so funny! Because I can picture my 2 year old giving me a thumbs up with his trigger thumb im looking for any alternative ! Wondering if I could give this to him in small doses.
Thank you for your sharing . I will try to find your vitamins tomorrow , I live in Quebec. For three months now I have been suffering from my thumb and now the pain has transformed to my wrist on my other hand . 😩I will defiantly try your cure . I hope it works.
ginette smith maybe carpel tunnel? If it is I have heard P5P works great for that too. Best of luck, I hope it helps!
That’s awesome news, thank you for letting me know it’s working for you!
I have this problem for like 4 months and I don’t want to be cut by operation I’m trying to heal it myself. Thank you 🙏 I’m going to try your method!
Thank you for ur post
Thanks man. I have it pretty bad on my left ring finger - which sucks because I play guitar! I will start your program and let you know how it goes!
Want to know how it went.
6/18/2024. Trigger finger re-visited. Same. It's essentially cured. Since this was a homeopathic solution, I wasn't sure if the "cure" would hold. But the finger is still good. I can move it ok without it getting "caught."
Worked for me!
WOW!!! And in just two months!!! (I just saw the video and already bought the P5P with mag)!!! It's going to take three painful days to get here!
I’ll look into P5P if what have is a trigger thumb. Mine doesn’t lock up but severe pain/nodule at the base of the right thumb and hurts when trying to bend it :-/
Trust this advice - it worked for me within 3 months.
I’m glad it worked for you!
I had trigger thumb earlier this year. I was given a steroid injection. However, my symptoms
have returned. I am
definitely going to try your advice. Thank you so much for the video.😊
Im Sufffering Now in this Trigger Finger Hopefully This video will help me I will Try This😰
I am going to try this. I was set for surgery however, I would rather try this. I'll let you know how it goes.
Linnie
age 68....now wearing snug fingerless tip insulated gloves ....help in same way as TAPING, I have blood sugar issues so will research the P5P ?......but very interesting video....thanks
I have a trigger thumb. It has been 1 month i m suffering from it..How shud i do it naturallt at home. Plz suggest
Take B6 but not the P5
I will order some. I have been taking apple cider vinegar and boron but it is not working. I had a steroid shot
and it helped but I still have clicking and pain. Thank you for the video.
Thank you so much..I was just injected today. Surgery was the option they gave me. But I will try your advise first.
How many capsules per day to be taken? And each how many grams ? Please help me . I am suffering with trigger finger
Hope it helps!
That could be Dupuytren, which is not the same thing....
Thanks.
Thank you. Going to start with the bandaids and get those vitamins!
I work construction so I feel that a splint on my thumb is not going to work well and unfortunately I can’t take time off but I will definitely try the vitamins and the soaking in water
Thanks man I just bought
P-5-P and took one pill and somewhat now not locking my finger. feel definitely something getting better feel! 👍
Thanks for giving me some hope......will DEFINITELY try
Thank you so much for the advise. I will definitely try it as I am having alot of pain in the night and early in the morning my fingers swell and hard to bend. From Papua New Guinea
I just watched your video and am going to give it a try. I don't have pain with the trigger finger but it does lock up a lot during the day and is happening more often.
Thanks for the info video...Diatomaceous earth food grade will help resolve trigger finger as it has helped with my thumb trigger finger....safe 4 pets (fleas) & plants (adding minerals & removing insects)
Guys..if you get the Swanson brand (which is the brand I mostly trust for its purity). You can get it on EBay from $5.74 to like $6.+
This is the first video I've seen that give me hope that my wife will find an end to her painful trigger finger.
There’s also a way to unlock it without so much pain just bend the tip of your finger up the the rest follows but not so painful
Does trigger finger ever affect the pinky? How do you tell the difference between joint inflammation ( with loss of ROM), and trigger finger?
Thankyou so much for sharing your experience. What you said really makes sense.
Thank you so much for this video, I really am trying to avoid surgery, so I am going to give this a try!
Thank you
I have used for over a year a comfrey-based liniment, Catskills Comfrey, to reduce the intensity, duration and frequency of the 'locking' events.
Thank you so much. I’m a Chef and I’m so much pain. I’m going to try the magnesium and B-6 . Thanks again.
Wow I feel like a crybaby now. Compare to you guys mines a little baby case. I guess it’s more of a mental thing for me. I’m a gamer and I haven’t been able to play in 6 months. Will try this out! Thank you!
How long do you keep the bandaid on? With washing our hands so often, it will not stay on the finger well
