Can. NOT. Believe. That you guys cut out Mando's BEST line. "If you put one mark on him, there is no place you will be able to hide from me." The way he says it, you KNOW that he not only cares about the kid, but also that he WILL hunt this guy down and make his ass PAY for hurting Mando's boy.
Baby yoda is a bad baby yoda in this episode lol! He’s acting like a typical toddler.
If it makes you feel better, the eggs aren’t fertilized yet.
Also, I LOVED the amount of ManDADlorian scenes in this episode. It was a nice look into how he is dealing with taking care of baby yoda

Written Language has no dialect first of all.
Second of all, he made a pretty known reference.
And even without that, like i said in the context it is not hard to tell what he said. It took me like 2 seconds to figure out what that means in english, to more seconds to confirm it via a quick google search.

Two things. First of all, one of the X-wing pilots is Dave Filoni, same part he played in The Prison episode. Secondly, the zooming during the space chase was totally giving me Joss Whedon Firefly feels.
The other pilot is star of the show Kim's Convenience. He's plays the father of the guy who's playing Shang Chi.

What do you mean the quest for the Child's people hasn't started yet? Are you guys watching the same show? In order to get the Child back to his people, Mando has to get more info about the Child's people and/or the ancient order of sorcerers called Jedi. And to do that he needs to consult with other Mandalorians. Since the covert on Nevarro scattered, he has to find another Mandalorian covert. Which lead him to Tatooine. That's how quest works. One step at a time.
When they eventually meet her in their quest, I just want Ahsoka to look at him and say "Is that a baby Yoda?"
That would validate the Baby Yoda name forever in the annals of Star Wars canon.

I absolutely love how they even made the CG X-Wings during the space scenes look like practical models via the lighting, the motions and the camera work. Yet another proof the CG looks more real the less they go crazy with what they COULD do. And those classic 70s X-Wings sound effects. Lovely!
The actress performing "Frog Lady" is the same one who performed Kuiil.

Btw, Misty Rosas, the actress inside the Frog Lady outfit is the same actress who played Kuiil in season 1. Nick Nolte did the voice for Kuiil, but Misty played the actual physical part.
And Baby eating the eggs is REALLY no different than us eating chicken eggs.
In Baby Yoda's defense, those are all UNFERTILIZED eggs, so they aren't technically little frog people/babies yet.

Three weirdly prescient comments you guys made...
1. Mando not being sentimental about his equipment...well, he certainly felt something when the Razor Crest was blown up.
2. Using duct tape to repair the Razor Crest...maybe not duct tape, but in the next episode, they fixed it with strings.
3. The facehugger reference when Baby Yoda broke open that spider egg...he did end up with a facehugger situation in the next episode while eating chowder...
